The Salt Escape

The Salt Escape in Arlington Heights is such a wonderful, healthful way to relax and restore. The loose Himalayan salt room is my favorite. It truly feels like a pink beach and instantly puts you at ease. And if you really want next-level relaxation, the heated amethyst bed will cure what ails you. It’s incredibly soothing and deeply restorative. I also love that they offer after-hours rentals, which makes this a perfect spot for a get-together with friends or even a rejuvenating team meeting. I purchased one of their coupon books too, which was a great value and makes it easy to come back often. Highly recommend this gem in the NW suburbs.

Himalayan lamps beautiful jewelry aromatherapy sprays .Never been so comfortable bed nice and warm Beautiful to look around as you fall asleep no cell because locked up before go in and you have the key.Can take in your other belongings like purse and jacket. Shoes left by door when walk in.Then clean white socks to walk in when go back. Will be back was Amazing thank you for having a place like this❤

The Salt Escape in Arlington Heights is absolutely wonderful. The owner is incredibly hands-on and greets you the moment you walk in, which immediately makes you feel welcome. I only wish I had known about this place before Christmas—they have an amazing selection of gifts that truly offer something for everyone. The salt room itself is purely magical and so relaxing. The owner even gave us extra time, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. I will absolutely be back and can’t recommend this place enough!

Very relaxing place. We bought a Groupon for 2 and it was very cheap. You have to call in to make an appointment. In the salt room, they have chairs, bed, and floor seating whatever you prefer. It was just 2 of us during that session. The ambiance in the salt room was amazing. Very relaxing. After our session, we talked to the owner and he was very polite and said people love this place and they come in groups. They also have a lot of stuff to sell. We bought CBD cream which is so so good for pains.
