My first time having this experience and I truly was hoping for pain relief and to de-stress I really didn’t expect it to be more than just an experience, so I noticed they had a special and decided to give it a try. WELL, boy was a pleasantly surprised! Upon entering the gentlemen there were very polite and super helpful! I watched a “how to” video which answered a lot of my questions. It’s really such a super simple thing. My room was so lovely, I felt like I was on a little getaway. After my session I had the oxygen session and hot salt blocks to warm my feet. The gentleman offered me a cup of tea but I politely declined since I had my water flask. After finishing I left and let me tell you I felt like a huge load had lifted off my shoulders, my back pain was gone and my mind felt relaxed, great right? Well it didn’t stop there, today I woke up feeling so energized and I just felt so optimistic and dare I say just happy for no particular reason! I highly recommend you give this experience a try at least once in your life! I absolutely enjoyed every no of it and can’t wait for my next session! The only thing I wish is that my 9 year old could try it out and he was disappointed he couldn’t but minimum age is 14, but that’s ok.

This was my first time experience. It was really amazing. You were welcomed guided through what we are going to expect. We were taken in and explained what the process is going to be like. You get it you get an individual room in the pod. Do you know if you actually Float. For me I loved the first 30-35 minutes of the experience, but then I was wanted to come out of the water. But I stayed. Your room has the shower and once you get dressed up across the hall, there is a prep room and you can blow dry your hair, do your makeup if you want to. Then you get into the relaxation room and you have option to read or color books or do some activity. And then we had 10 minutes of oxygen therapy, which is supposed to stimulate your brain. They’re really care about the customer experience. Me and my husband went for the same time, and we had a wonderful experience in a highly recommend this

What an absolute joke of a business. I don't know if the guy working was the owner or an employee but the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The tea tasted spoiled. Oxygen time was cut short far below the 10 minutes advertised. My float was much colder than expected and bubbles kept popping up everywhere like an underwater fart tank. The room had an ammonia odor. I tried using the buzzer to reach the front desk and buzzed multiple times before I got a response. I was so looking forward to this and the membership options but after the service and experience, I would never waste a penny there and discourage all my friends and family from doing so. Even their gift shop is overpriced! Stay away

First time here and will be returning! This was an absolutely amazing experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Crysta, who was very polite and welcoming. She explained everything very professionally. The float was a great experience (I advise trying to keep the water from getting in your eyes). It was very calm and relaxing, and I love the amenities they provide! They offer a free oxygen bar, hair and body products for aftercare, hair dryers, and everything else you can think of! The only downside was the hour felt too short; I could be in the float all day!

Had a great experience at True Rest float spa. Ok, it's in a strip mall...but parking is free and once you go inside it's full spa vibes. They were super helpful and everything is clean. I had done a float years ago and this was sooo much nicer. The float itself is so relaxing. You can have music while you float or just enjoy the silence. There's even an intercom to talk to the front desk in case you change your mind part way through (as I did) or if you need anything. I'll absolutely be returning and my son, who has some anxiety is going to try it too. Highly recommended!
