A friend asked me to go and I'm not sure that I would have ever tried it without her encouraging me. We went during their monthly gong meditation and it was one of the coolest meditation experiences I have ever had. I felt lifted from my body a few times as the sounds from the gong increased and felt such positive energy from the experience. I slept incredibly well that night as well. I would highly recommend the Salt Cave to anyone looking for a healthy, relaxing retreat. Cozy, inviting and warm environment and locally owned. Love this place. My husband was so impressed with my experience now he wants to go!

This was a special day of relaxation together with my Aunt. The cave was so cozy and relaxing. This was my second experience with a salt room. The other was when I was in Florida on vacation. This was so much better! We loved having the warm salt bags and salt rocks to hold. The amount of salty air that was put into the room was perfect. There were tiny lights hanging from the ceiling of the cave that really added to the ambiance of the room. We also enjoyed chatting with Chris while we had our wine & cheese, which was an add on. We will definitely be returning!

Exceeded my expectations! Went with my sisters - one of whom had gone before - I've done flotation therapy before so I'm familiar a little bit with the benefits of salt. But wow - Laura made us feel so welcome & the entire atmosphere was relaxing and such a good way to both socialize and enjoy some respiration therapy. I am looking forward to going back again & diving even deeper into regular Halotherapy. Great gift shop for unique gifts - or items for yourself - as well! Thank you for a fabulous session & day!

I have been here a few times now. The owner is super kind. The environment is so relaxing. The salt therapy really does help sinuses. I have brought my kids and they enjoy it too! Had a date night there and received a foot massage during our salt cave session. So many possibilities of what you could do in the cave to relax and heal. I love it! I have also bought at least 3 salt lamps too! Lamps are always in stock, in addition to some local goodies! Highly recommend!

I took my two sisters, my husband and brother-in-law to the salt cave for an early Christmas gift. We spent an hour in the cave followed by a nice wine and cheese spread afterwards. Everyone loved it! The environment was so relaxing and Laura is an exceptional, informative host who put us right at ease! I'll come back again and again after having such a wonderful, healing, first visit. I can't say enough positive things. Highly recommend!! Thanks Laura!
