Update: it's been almost five months and our liner is still not fixed and no response from Richmond Pool and Spa. Just don't...no call no show on scheduled day. Liner was left twisted with a huge wrinkle it in, above water level. Pump leaked and had to call them back twice to fix it. Yard was left a complete disaster. They even put their garbage, including plastic, in our burn pit. When asked about the liner we were told " I make no guarantees on wrinkles, period" supports are leaning and out of plumb. We were so excited to have this pool installed and now are regretting the installer chosen. Nightmare. And still haven't gotten a paid receipt that we have asked for multiple times. Scheduled pool closing a month in advance. Thought I’d give a new, local business a chance to close my pool. The price given was a lot less than I’ve paid in the past. Was told they would call a day prior to closing to give me a time. No one called. I called and left a message the day before my scheduled date. No response. Called the morning of said scheduled day, the person who answered took my info and said someone would call right back. 8 hours later no call, no one showed up.

Ken and his knowledge of pools, spas, and accesories far surpasses any others we comparatively shopped. His efficient and timely installation took only 8.5 hours to complete. He and his workers were clean, organized, and extremely professional. Putting water in our pool took longer than the sale and installation. Also know it is a real team which includes Ken's do Taffy, she's part of his business in all aspects! I strongly recommend Richmond pools and spas for all your needs.

Ken installed an above ground pool for me in 2016. Him and his workers were great ! They got the job done fast and Ken was always available if I called him and I needed help. They were very professional and I enjoyed their company. I would highly recommend Ken!!!
