Alli did an amazing job on my hair! She nailed my color, gave me a perfect trim, and made sure everything looked and felt refreshed and healthy. The head massage and scalp treatment were so relaxing, and the arm massage was such a thoughtful extra touch—it honestly made the whole experience feel like self-care, not just an appointment. Alli is talented, attentive, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I left feeling confident, relaxed, and obsessed with my hair. Highly recommend her! 💇♀️✨ Also Desi was absolutely wonderful! My facial was incredibly relaxing and left my skin glowing, and my collation treatment was done with so much care and professionalism. She explained everything she was doing, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and clearly knows her stuff. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. I walked out feeling refreshed, pampered, and already excited to book again. Desi is amazing at what she does! 🌿✨

I usually have a good experience here, but at my most recent appointment there were some service issues. My appointment was confirmed multiple times in advance, and even though the salon reached out as I was getting in the car for my appointment to ask if I could come 30 minutes later because my stylist was running behind, I adjusted my schedule to make it work. When I arrived, I was told my stylist was finishing up with another client and would be ready soon. After waiting another 20 minutes, I was told the same thing again. Unfortunately, being almost an hour behind schedule, I had to leave without receiving the service. The manager offered a brief apology and asked if I wanted to reschedule, but I felt there could have been a better effort to make things right given the inconvenience. I understand delays can happen, but clearer communication and a more thoughtful approach to customer service would have made a big difference.

We had such a wonderful experience with Emily! My son is very indecisive when it comes to his haircuts, but Emily showed incredible patience and kindness. She took the time to ask him lots of questions, made sure he felt comfortable, and never rushed the process. Her calm and friendly approach really put him at ease. On top of that, his haircut turned out fantastic! I can’t recommend Emily enough for anyone looking for a stylist who truly listens and goes above and beyond!

My experience with Dezzi has been nothing short of amazing! She has helped me figure out the right product line up to clear my cystic acne, and during facials she pays close attention to application techniques and massaging the product into my skin fully. I highly recommend her services to anyone that is interested in facials/skincare.

She took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping for, gave helpful suggestions, and delivered a haircut that is stylish, flattering, and easy to manage.
