I recently tried out the contrast therapy at Chill Cold Plunge & Sauna and had a fantastic experience. The owner, Taylor, was incredibly helpful and set me up in suite number 6, which has an extra cold plunge. After a quick tour and walk-through, I started my session. I began with the cold plunge, followed by a session in the infrared sauna, and finished with a second plunge. The private suite was spotless and felt very serene. A great touch was the ability to connect my phone to the room's Bluetooth speakers, so I could listen to my own music throughout the session. Before my visit, I was dealing with significant back and neck pain. I was amazed that after my session, I felt completely pain-free, energized, and yet deeply relaxed. They are also offering a free first-time deal, which makes it a great opportunity to give it a try. I highly recommend Chill Cold Plunge & Sauna for anyone looking to relieve pain or simply feel rejuvenated.

I can’t say enough good things about Chill. This place has been a game changer for me—not just for recovery, but for my mental health overall. Every visit leaves me feeling clearer, more grounded, and just lighter in general. It’s become one of my go-to spots whenever I need to reset and find balance. The environment is super welcoming and calm, which makes it easy to relax and recharge. Honestly, it’s more than just a wellness spot—it’s been an important part of my journey to feel better both physically and mentally. If you’re on the fence about trying it, I’d say just go. Chill has been such a positive influence in my life, and I’m really grateful it’s here in Overland Park.

Love being a member at Chill. It is so clean and inviting. The contrast sauna and cold plunge is fantastic. Love the sound system and it’s just a little piece of heaven to experience the sauna in your private suite. The plunge takes a grin and bear it attitude, yet, wow, afterwards I feel so alive and invigorated. The red light therapy is great for my skin and muscle soreness, nice and warming. The membership is so flexible between family members and therapies. The staff is friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to try compression!

What really sets Chill apart is how approachable they make everything. If you’re new to cold plunging or sauna, they give simple guidance on times and temperatures so you get results without feeling overwhelmed, and it truly feels like they’re there to help you build a routine that actually fits real life. As someone juggling work, family, and workouts, having a place where I can come in, get an efficient reset, and walk out feeling like the best version of myself is priceless. Give it a try! You won’t regret it. So chill!

Great place. Great equipment. I am 68 years old and active with golf, pickleball, workouts and other activities. The contrast therapy is exactly what I need to recover. The science behind it is sound. The cold plunge was intimidating the first time I used it but now it is no big deal. Be sure to sit down and get the cold plunge water up to your neck for maximum benefits. And don’t overdo on the time in the cold plunge. The key for me is the contrast between the heat and cold.
