We recently installed a wood stove and a gas fireplace insert at our home. We could not be more happy with the quality of product, options, the quality and expertise of the workmanship and overall knowledge/skill of installation team. We could not be happier with the end result of product and service provided. There were some concerns during the process and discrepancies between the initial quote and final bill; however the Energy Center team was open and willing to discuss, and we worked this out satisfactorily (thank you especially to Kimberly). They obviously care about their customers (and want them back), and their willingness to deal with challenges together is commendable. We are impressed, we will be back again, and we would definitely recommend Energy Center.

I would give them a 5 start for service but Energy Center charged me wrongfully without notifying. I had them replace my gas fireplace igniter, that was the only service requested. When they told me the estimate would be $260+ (great!), then once replacement was completed I will billed $414 (for what you ask??). I reach out and they added $150 for Annual Gas Service (I did not agree to this service). When talking to them on the phone, they basically told me pound sand since the service was already done. Make sure you get a correct estimate on paper!!! Even thought I have a text saying $260, it didn’t help.

Regarding 2025 pool opening: The crew did an awesome job this year! Nick, Kenny, and Skylar were diligent and accommodating. Skylar did an extra good job in vacuuming and cleaning the pool. Randy helped in getting some new parts and equipment and kept us informed on that. Regarding our 3 gas fireplaces from Energy Center: During the very cold spell/snow this last winter, our furnace went out and the repairmen could not get to our house for two days. We ran all three gas fireplaces 24/7 during this time and we stayed warm! So thankful for this backup heat source!

I found Energy Center to be reliable, professional and efficient. Their service techs were both knowledgeable & friendly, willing to answer questions. If they didn't know the answer, they directed me to the person who could. Follow up with answers was excellent. As servicing fireplaces can be a pretty dirty job, I appreciated the care their techs took to ensure they left the area as clean as the way they found it. I definitely recommend Energy Center!

I went in to look at a fireplace insert to change from a wood burning fireplace to an efficient gas fireplace. To look nice with our mantle and hearth, it had to have some custom work. It turned out beautifully. It was completely installed in a day, works and looks great. We are a satisfied customer.
