Went here for a 90 minute prenatal massage. I was greeted by the front desk who was friendly and helpful when walking me through the intake questionnaire. I met the massage therapist who was also very kind and friendly. They had me lay on my side for the massage. However, they only spent about 10-15 minutes on each side and didn’t address my concerns in my lower back or shoulders much. There was very little pressure and just light rubbing. Then the massage therapist got to my feet. I was taken aback because he spent at least 45 minutes to an hour massaging my feet. I’m not exaggerating. at times I would look down and he wasn’t even really massaging, just holding my feet. I can’t believe I spent as much money as I did to get an hour foot “massage”. The staff is friendly but pushes the membership. After that, I was not interested in signing up. Please look elsewhere for a prenatal massage
I bought myself a massage from Groupon to treat myself. They made it super easy to redeem. I called and got an appointment the next day. Walking in, I immediately felt like I was at a spa. The front desk was very sweet and welcoming. They offered me water and asked if I needed to use the bathroom beforehand. My massage therapist, Tameeka, was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. She made sure to check that the pressure wasn’t too much. The hot stones were fantastic and I really appreciated the free aromatherapy- I chose eucalyptus. The bed is also heated which was a wonderful surprise! I will definitely be back- if I could afford to I would go back every week. Thank you for the refreshing experience!
I bought a massage as a gift for a friend of mine, and she loved the massage. However, at the end the front desk told her she owed $80, despite me providing them the payment ahead of time and clearly stating when I called that this was a gift for this person. The fact that they made her pay $80 instead of calling me to ask questions or just understand the price of the massage they provided is very frustrating- she was too embarrassed to say anything and the staff took advantage of the situation. The massage itself was great- she said Tamika did a fabulous job, but it would have been nice to show a little courtesy before double charging someone for their treatment that was supposed to be a gift.
I’ll just explain my review for the world to see. Your employee sold my wife a 4oz bottle of cream for $70 then proceeded to put that on my cc and used the extra expense to increase her own tip… I specifically left a $20 tip on an $80 facial which at 25% should have been more than generous but evidently not enough so she added the cream and an additional $16 for herself. I’m sure this is a standard practice and you tell yourself “these people are well off they can afford it” well that’s not me…just a hard working middle class man that wanted to treat his postpartum wife for valentines. Congrats you got an extra $100 out of me but sold your integrity to do so…
I just paid $418 for a couples massage? Online website states that is $159.98 for 60min. We recently visited here a couple months ago and paid the 159.98 for our couples massage. There was no price transparency and could not give us an answer why we had to pay over $300 more this time than last time. A normal massage is $70 for one person. I just paid over 400 for a couples massage. Makes absolutely zero sense. Every place around this area is $200 total for a couples massage not $400. Will not be coming back, Do not come here
