I was in town for two weeks and bought a short term package here for some stress relief during the trip. I did the sauna and cold plunge combo, which is what I would recommend. Came throughout the two weeks and every time it was a fantastic experience. Great people run and own this place. I always felt like they had everything together. It was clean, easy, and I felt amazing after each visit. One of the things I loved about this place is that it wasn't trying to be everything like some spas do. It does sauna and cold plunge. I think that simplicity allows them to focus on doing those two things really well. If you need some stress relief, even if you're just here on a business trip, I recommend this place!

The owners are so nice! Great experience. We did the contrast package. Sauna followed by cold plunge. I liked the sauna style. You’re lying down and your head is out and you can choose different temps. My husband was able to do his at a higher temp and I did mine at a lower (separate rooms). They have cold towels and a fan which is good too, I tend to overheat and I didn’t have any issue at all. It was really nice. After the sauna we hit the cold plunge together and they can do different temps on that too. We only did a few minutes but, it was our first time. Definitely recommend. We will be going back.

Everything at Sauna and Plunge is great. The owners are nice, knowledgable about the benefits of a sauna, and are very patient with questions. I have had 4 visits in total so far, and they have all been great. The temperature on the saunas are adjustable, so you can find the perfect temperature for you. The rooms are darkened and relaxing music is played, although you can bring earbuds and listen to your choice of music. After the sauna session the cold plunge is the perfect contrast. The facilities are nice and clean. You don’t feel rushed in any way. I highly recommend Sauna and Plunge KC.

I love this place! Pop in my AirPods and sweat in the infrared sauna for 30 minutes then get invigorated in the cold plunge for 3 minutes. It takes your breath away for the first 10 seconds, but doing box breathing like Stephen and Shaylee suggests is super helpful. When it’s over I feel energized and it’s been great for my swollen knee from a torn meniscus. They’ve done a great job with their business—it’s clean and efficient and they really help make sure you have everything you need. I was able to go 3 times while I was visiting from out of town, and I’ll be back next time I’m here!

Love Sauna and Plunge! My husband got me a contrast therapy membership last May and I have been so impressed with the entire experience. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the facilities are impeccable. I had been using a traditional sauna for a while, and I’ll admit I was skeptical about the sauna “pods” (you lay down and pull it over you instead of entering a sauna), but now I am completely hooked! It is so relaxing and I’m always disappointed when my time is up. The cold plunge is the perfect end to the experience and I feel ready to take on my day. Highly recommend!
