I was very hesitant to try this as I have a wet sauna at home, but wasn't happy with the results. I was swayed by the video tour and decided to try anyway with the $35 first time try. I was blown away by my experience and have been back so many times since then! There is an adjustment period, as the cold plunge is hard to get into first time around and the sauna temp takes time to used to as well, but now I'm benefiting from both and it's been a game changer for me. The suites are super clean, plunge tub water is clear and once you visit a few times the staff will note your temperature preference, music option and choice of cold compress. I enjoy the water station before and after my visit which keeps me hydrated. I also like that I can adjust the lighting for different times of the day. There are a few options to choose for membership, I stared with the 8 visits then upgraded to the unlimited once I realized I would do this daily. I even brought my daughter as a plus one for $25 and my partner anther time when I was visiting out of state. Very happy so far, and looking to continue for some time!

If you’re in the KC area and not doing contrast therapy at SWTHZ Lenexa, you’re missing out. I’ve tried a few spots, and this is hands down the best setup. clean, private suites, legit PLUNGE cold plunges and the perfect sauna pairing. You can actually feel the difference after one session especially for recovery, energy, and sleep. Staff is dialed in, the experience is seamless, and it’s something I’ve now built into my weekly routine. If you’ve been thinking about trying it but hesitant, use my code RYANM50 for 50% off your first session + first month and just go see for yourself.

Very nice facilities with spa-like offerings including flavored electrolyte water and vitamin C showers. The saunas are amazing, and if I could handle cold therapy I'd be in there multiple times a week! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

Such a great experience! I was intrigued by the $35 first time visit offer and so glad I decided to visit. The facility is spotless and beautifully decorated/thought out. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I loved the privacy and the setup. I now know that I can survive a cold plunge 😆. I will be back and will be bringing my son to benefit from the services as well, as he is an athlete. …
