FIVE STARS — I would give more if I could! Let me break it down for you. I booked the Escape to Paradise spa package, and it was worth every single dollar. Cleanliness: The entire spa was absolutely spotless. Each room featured a different essential oil scent, which added such a thoughtful, immersive touch to the experience. It truly felt like a full five-senses journey. Staff: Every staff member was kind, attentive, and stayed perfectly on schedule throughout the day. They consistently offered water, provided neck pillows during transitions, and made sure refreshments were always available. Their attention to detail made the entire experience feel seamless and relaxing. One staff member especially stood out: Mackenzie (Massage Therapist): Mackenzie is incredibly professional and clearly very skilled at what she does. She is easy to talk to and takes the time to carefully review intake forms because she genuinely wants to understand her clients and their needs. You can tell she truly cares and works from the heart. On top of that, she has such a warm and welcoming presence that immediately puts you at ease. Price: Compared to other spa packages in the Kansas City area, this one is very fairly priced for the level of service you receive. I’ve researched several spas, and this package offers exceptional value while delivering top-notch service.

I recently visited Ultimate Escape Day Spa and had one of the most rejuvenating experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the calming ambiance and gentle aroma instantly set the tone for relaxation. I booked a full-body massage and a facial taking advantage of the Hocus Pocus October special, and both were absolutely fantastic. Jade T was professional, attentive, and perfectly balanced pressure and technique—working out knots without leaving me sore. I left feeling lighter and completely at ease. The facial was equally wonderful. Emily M took time to assess my skin and tailor the treatment to my needs. My skin felt clean, soft, and glowing afterward—no irritation, just a healthy radiance. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the environment was spotless and soothing, with soft music and aromatherapy throughout.

I had an amazing Himalayan salt stone massage with McKenzie this past Saturday! She was absolutely wonderful — she actually massaged me over a year ago and still had all her notes from my last visit, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel personalized and thoughtful. The new location is beautiful and so relaxing. I especially love that there are no shared walls with other businesses, so there were zero unexpected noises. Just peaceful, quiet, and exactly what you want during a spa treatment. Highly recommend both the spa and McKenzie — I’ve already booked my next treatment and can't wait to go back!

I have been to a few different places in the area for massages and I feel like they are all mediocre. This place was the opposite. Making the appointment was super easy. Check in was fast and the receptionist was super friendly. Loved waiting in a calm room instead of the lobby. The massage was perfect, she asked about pressure and adjusted as needed. Then being able to just relax afterwards in the calm room was super helpful instead of being rushed out the door so they could get to the next person like some places. I will 10000000% be coming back. And if I need any gift ideas, they have so many packages and gift cards!

I have a wonderful massage. Therapist was there to provide a quality service and made sure I was comfortable and able to fully decompress and relax. The facial I received was amazing. My skin looks and feels amazing. The esthetician was so kind and made me feel at ease. There was a slight hiccup with the scheduling but the front desk and management team jumped into action and were incredibly polite, kind and thoughtful.
