We had an excellent experience with the team at Ultra Modern. The installers were meticulous, careful, and incredibly precise with our sauna installation. Nathan provided outstanding support, coordinating the delivery and checking in afterward to ensure we were completely satisfied. Exceptional customer service overall.

The service is great, and the employees are knowledgeable. As importantly, they have integrity. They only sell you what you need or specifically ask for. They don’t take advantage of the fact that some of us don’t know as much about pools and chemicals as they do so they can sell more product.

Nathan was very proactive during our sale and install process, kept plugged in for all the details to make sure we were very happy with the product, installers were great, team was very responsive.

My son Nathan Abraham finally after 12 years sold his parents a hot tub and we Love it , wish we could have done this earlier .
