Last time I was here I had fantastic experience with Van. She listened well and my massage was amazing. She even got rid of my foot pain for a little while. This time I had Stephanie the massage was pretty good in and of itself. However, it didn't start right on time it was about 10 mins late. I was waiting on the front and after that I also had to get undressed and everything once getting in the room. I scheduled for a 60 min massage at 11:30 yet when she was done I noticed the time wasn't even 1230 on my phone. The time in the room was actually a few mins fast too. So my massage with being late getting in the room and time to undress and everything was probably only 40 to 45 mins long. I guess not every massage gets a hot towel at end. It depends on therapist I guess. I was just a little disappointed in this. Especially how the massage wasn't actually a full 60 mins.

My first visit & upon arrival was told the therapist was running late. No notice of that before I arrived. Deep tissue massage was nothing of the sorts. Should have left when the person in front of me was announcing she had a 50% off coupon for paying for a deep tissue massage & not being happy with the service. Receptionist was friendly, but struggled with the computer. While I was working with the receptionist a male employee came out and started telling me I was way early & overall negative attitude. (I wasn’t, he didn’t know what he was talking about) He interjected himself in a conversation he was not needed or invited into. I’ll keep going to the massage place on 147th & Mur-Len, much better deep tissue massage and less expensive.

Merriam is amazing! I have been dealing with excruciating pain for the longest time, I wish I could have done my massage therapy more often but I couldn't. If anytime I could do it, I will only look for Merriam, she is so caring, so skillful and she could address when my problems are. Each time I finished my therapy with her, my whole back was relief and was able to move again.. I have so lucky that I have found her.. please book her, no need to look for anyone else. The place itself is clean and staff are all nice and friendly, they did mess up my appointment one time but they did try very hard to make it up. I recommend this place.

I recently booked a Swedish massage with Stephanie, and thought she did an amazing job. It sometimes feels counterintuitive to “focus on relaxing” during a massage but that wasn’t a problem for me this time! I felt really comfortable in her care the entire session. She asked a few questions before we started about certain focus areas and I feel like she really gave particular attention to them. The amount of pressure she used was exactly what I was hoping for and was consistent through the whole thing. I’m looking forward to the next time I book with Stephanie!

I saw Christina today for a lymphatic massage, and it was incredible. I could literally feel my body unwinding—relaxing, releasing, even gently stretching. It felt almost magical. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach and calm, clear communication. She made me, someone who doesn’t exactly walk in feeling relaxed, feel completely at ease. I’ve already booked my next session—and that’s saying something, because I never do that.
