Aqua Land Pool Spa & Patio

Wow! What can I say, but the guys/girls are top of the line! We purchased a hot tub and I was so excited when it was delivered. It meant a lot to me to get it when we did because my son (Navy Sailor) and his Family was coming to visit. Unfortunately, I was beyond devastated when we found the pipe to the pump was detached and the pump pulled up off the board, it was due to NO fault of Aqualand Pool Spa & Pool. It apparently happened during transport to the store. No one could had known until it was in operation. I was devastated. I went to the store and told them of the problem and Tori & Drew immediately sought to correct the problem within hours of my appearance at the store. Drew had personally come to my house and fixed the trouble, and I lived far out in the country in Russellville. They were so kind and I would recommend Aqualand Pool Spa & Patio to anyone. Thank You Tori & Drew for coming to my rescue ❤️

Great selection of products and experts in everything pool & spa. I've been a customer since putting in my pool 16 years ago. Staff is always friendly and helpful - quick to offer cost-saving solutions and tips. They ensure I get my salt system dialed in early Spring and then it's just minor maintenance and clear, high quality water throughout the season. Locally owned and operated, there's always a member of the family in store to make sure you get great service!

Can't say enough about the folks at Aqualand. They did a great job installing our semi-inground pool, setting us up for the swim season and helping us learn to maintain everything correctly. The free in-house water testing is an amazing benefit. They just came out to close the pool for the season and did a great job with that, too. Always responsive, helpful and professional. Semi-inground 16×24 pool install. We dealt with Tori and she is absolutely amazing! Everyone at Aqualand and their associates were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process, which was suprising quick at that! They accommodated and met all our needs and we couldn't be happier with the end product! We had dealt with their competition before, horrible experience! They are now our go to for all our pool needs and they can be for you too!

We had our pool installed in 2019. We hit rock and they were very helpful in getting that headache resolved and still hit our deadline. They open and close our pool each year and do a great job. We trust them to help keep the pool running great during the summer months. When we move and build another pool, they are who we will be using! Great people and staff!
