Cavanaugh Pool, Spa & Patio

Had Cavanaugh change or pool liner last year. A picture is worth a thousand words. This is our liner today. Edit to reply to response. Yes, after your installers packed everything up and were leaving, they said it needed a bead locker. As I said when we talked last year, this should have been told to me before they finished and the pool was half full of water. I would have gladly paid for it. I'm not trying to get free parts, but I shouldn't have to pay for you to come back out and take everything back apart again, when you should have done it right the first time. When I take my car in for brakes, they don't put everything back together and then tell me I need rotors also. They bring me back while they got it apart and show me I need rotors and I pay for them.

We worked with Cavanaugh’s out of Madisonville and they were fantastic. I called multiple times to ask follow up questions and they never made me feel like a bother. Polite and efficient. They came out on the day they said they would and the pool was installed in a morning. The men installing the pool were quick and left no mess behind. We had one small, probably typical issue, that came up the next day and they came out that afternoon to fix it. We didn’t even know they had came! We love our pool and highly recommend Cavanaugh’s!

I have being a customer of Cavanaugh‘s for several years spent quite a bit of money with him and recently last week bought a $500 pump, The guys at the Owensboro store helped me when I first bought the pump. I had a few questions afterwards. I was going to hook it up myself and pretty much got no response called several times to the Madisonville store was no help at all was unwilling to even take my calls. Did not return calls. They have lost a customer. Piss poor customer service.

I recently had a pool liner installed by Cavanaugh Pool and they did an absolutely fantastic job! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled.
