Watson's of Florence | Hot Tubs, Furniture, Pools and Billiards

overall 1 star I did not have a decent experience at all from start to finish time for a quick story . showed up at watson's dropped $5,500 on a 24 ft pool paid 300 to have the yard surveyed they sent a gentleman out he did his measurements said everything was fine even had me order 5 tons of sand .. The day finally came it was install day 🙌 well i thought come to find out the pool wouldn't fit at all ended up with a 18×54 still a great pool. well then it happened install day number two got a phone call from installer said he apologizes but there was a critical mistake i guess he got his orders mixed up thought he was putting up a 24ft pool ' this is the same guy who surveyed the yard' anyways he said he made adjustments to my deck before looking at the pool 🤦♂️ now watson's is taken responsibility but dragging thier feet every time i call i get the same ol let me send you to thier voice mail or they're still in meetings...Honestly its a million dollar company this issue should've been resolved i did want or ask for this!!!!

My daughter and son-in-law have bought items from Watsons before. When I was looking for furniture, they told me to ask for Ethan Bull. Ethan was knowledgeable, professional, not pushy @ all, and extremely helpful. I ended up getting a reclining sofa and loveseat on sale, and they are gonna look fabulous in my home. I also purchased their gold star furniture protection plan, To cover any accidents to the frame, the fabric or the mechanism in my furniture, for five years. Furniture is a big purchase, so the fact that they offer insurance against any damage from accidents to your furniture for five years at a very discounted rate was a real good sell for me. Great experience! I had to call him back several times and he was more than patient and helpful.

We walked in and greated by a room full of smiles, a warm and inviting atmosphere. We went straight to the hot tubs, and initially greater by another salesman who asked if we needed anything to let him know. Mr. McCarthy our salesman was never pushy and very understanding. We were not pushed, any questions we had were answered, timelines, install, you name it. Not to mention the rest of the staff who were amazing with our two daughters while we finished up some paperwork which I might add was incredibly easy. We can't wait until everything is installed and running. I'd highly recommend everyone here at the Florence location.

Purchased furniture back in September. It was defective and we returned it. Watson’s picked it up on October 5. I was told our refund check was mailed out on October 21, a week ago. No check has yet been received. Don’t understand why refund could not have been made to original form of payment, nor why 3 weeks after pick up of defective furniture I have no refund. Be very careful about purchasing from this company.

Overall good experience. Would have gone with 5 stars if we hadn't had to contact the main office to obtain warranty documentation on our own. Typically this information is provided by the sales people we’ve purchased through and when we called the main office they shared the information with us but did also say that it should have been provided by our sales associate.
