New Iberia Manor South

I live out of state. I came looking for a good honest rehabilitation center for my sister. After many tours of the facilities that her insurance allowed I was truly delighted after meeting with Rasheika James the administration coordinator with New Iberia Manor SOUTH. She was thoroughly knowledgeable and answered every question & concerned I had. She showed me the complete facility, all areas that my sister would need ( like physical therapy etc). I had to leave to go back home (in another state) but I know my sister is in very good hands and that her husband can have peace knowing she is getting the correct care needed so that she can return back to her home life. Lastly if you find yourself in this kind of situation needing this kind of care, if you're in this area check out this facility. If not take the time to tour and ASK questions it's your love one your placing in their care!.. Thank you Rasheika James!!

My experience while visiting my love one Joseph Darby it was very disappointing because every time I went he was always by himself. If he couldn't feed himself why wouldn't someone have been there to make sure he ate? In his final hours when I visited him during the day he was left in a room against the wall with one of those wedges under him with his face to the wall. I thought that was really unprofessional. It's like he was just put there out of the way and that room there was really dirty though they had someone else in the same room with him. That was my experience for that love one.

When trying to get my father placement in this facility, I was welcomed with compassion and sincerity from admissions. Ms. Rashekia James allowed me to exhale at a time when the weight was so heavy upon me. She did everything in a timely matter and displayed a great level of care in this matter. She was very professional, courteous, and compassionate. She is definitely the person to see when trying to get the issues resolved. It is wonderful to encounter a person who exemplifies great character and representation for the company at Iberia Manor South.

My mother in law just became a resident to Iberia Manor South. We have been greeting two of the most knowledgeable staff members. Mrs. Missy and Mrs. Bobbie. They are the behind the scenes gems. They both have answered questions and provided us with great service. After experience with another facility for my father in law. We are truly blessed to have this place in Iberia parish. Other staff members have been great too.
