Splash Pools and Spas

I purchased a 27’ above ground pool. I struggled to keep the pool clean because the filter didn’t seem to be working well. We changed the sand, so that we could check the laterals. I was having to vacuum everyday. Then I find out, that the reason that the filter isn’t working well is because Splash sold me a pump/filter (which came with the pool I purchased) that was meant for a pool 15,000 gallons or less. My pool is closer to 25,000 gallons. We purchased another pump/filter that is meant for our size pool (not from Splash) & it is night & day difference. If you purchase from them, make sure your equipment is intended for the size pool you buy!

Chad at the bossier store is only there to make a sale. Chad said pool installers were two weeks backloged . the pool we bought had to be ordered and I was told it woluld be there in time for the installers. so I Scheduled my vacation to be at home during the install time as I work out of town. Low and behold guess what .... the pool is not here and now chad tell me it could be 3 to 4 weeks. If i was told that in the begining I would have not bought the pool. I will be checking on a refund ASAP.

Purchased an above ground pool ladder that's designed for decks. I was in the process of building my deck and the ladder sat in the box for 2 weeks. Once I opened the box I realized the screws and instructions were missing and the ladder had minor evidence of being used. At this point I called Chad and boy was I ready for a fight but Chad never skipped a beat and made everything good, sure glad I held my tongue that few extra minutes. Thanks Chad

I called and asked about getting a underwater light for my pool. Once they asked if I got my pool from them and I said no it was an entire different tone. He was extremely short and rude so much to the point I turned my car around and didn’t go to their store. This was on June 1, 2020. I told him he was being extremely rude and didn’t seem to want to explain anything or answer any questions and he said...Oh well. I hung up.

The staff is very knowledgable about anything pool related. It's actually pretty impressive, as a first time pool owner, to hear and apply all of the behind the scenes things that you have to do/know to manage a pretty/clean pool. I had no idea. Thanks guys! 😁 …
