Sandollar Spa & Pool

Purchased our Caldera Utopia Spa here a little over 4 years ago and our sales person was fantastic. Over the weekend we had an issue with our tub and we got to experience their service department. We can't say enough about how great the service was. We spoke with Travis in service who was very knowledgeable and had several suggestions for us to try. Unfortunately, they didn't work because the issue ended up being a pump but, he was super helpful in talking us through troubleshooting steps. He sent out a repair man named Nick who was equally as knowledgeable, friendly, and had us back up and running in 30 minutes! The service team acted with urgency, knowing that its well below freezing and we needed help quick! Absolutely recommend purchasing from this company who also stands by their product and supports their customers needs!!

I had an excellent experience with the sales and technical support staff at Sandollar Spa and Pools. Landon was very accommodating and pleasant and showed great patience answering all of my questions. Johnathan provided logistical experience helping me develop my set up process and ensuring all was in order for a smooth installation. Bryce answered my questions about water quality, product needs, etc. I observed all employees to be very courteous and they displayed excellent customer service skills. Great team they have assembled there.

Could not be happier with the sales and set up experience with my new hot tub. Arrived on time with all the supplies I needed. I opted for the Caldera Tahitian with Bluetooth sound and the IQ salt system. I really appreciated the thoughtful follow up process to make sure the set up was perfect. Could not be happier and recommend Sandollar Pool and Spa. It is the after-sales service that sets them apart.

I had an issue with my hot springs spa over the weekend. after dozens of YouTube videos and everything else, I could not figure it out. I called sandollar. The tech said he could walk me through the issue. Literally less than 60 seconds later my tub was up and running. These guys are awesome and have another customer for life...

Landon was our salesman and was very Knowledgeable about the product we were looking at. Jonathan was the logistic Tech and was very helpful working through a few issues that I had. Lastly, I worked with Malcolm on a door issue and he as well was very helpful and accommodating. Great Overall experience…thanks guys. John & Kathy
