Capital Hot Tubs & Saunas

Worked with Nick on selecting a sauna that fit our space. He was excellent at every step of the process and would gladly work with him again if he moves to another business. Unfortunately after Nick it’s all downhill. Delivery was several hours late (this happens) but there was zero communication about the delay so it wasn’t until we called to ask what was going on that someone thought to share this info. Product arrived damaged - both cosmetic damage to the wood and structural damage such that the door cannot entirely close. Several phone calls end weeks later there is still no word on what the plan is to address the situation. Spoke to Jesica, who is in a management role. She said all the right things about addressing the issue but has never returned a call since despite promises of follow up. Bottom line is Nick is great - if we were rating just him this would be 5 stars. And if everything goes perfectly then the rest might be fine. But if anything goes even slightly wrong then expect to be on your own since they don’t seem to have any desire to address the situation and, if they do, they certainly won’t tell you about it. UPDATE About a week after posting, got a call to schedule a repair for the structural damage / door closing issue. The repair worked and the door now closes. Cosmetic damage remains. We love the product and would buy it again but lots of retailers sell this item so you have lots of options for who to use.

We went to try and hit a Memorial Day sale for a hot tub and stopped by Capital Hot Tub & Saunas in Rockville. We met Nick, our wellness consultant. He was extremely professional and courteous and we decided to purchase a new hot springs grandee. Even with the holiday, it was delivered in 4 days, which amazed us! Nick, thanks for all your help and I’m glad we stopped by for the Hot Springs. I didn’t catch the delivery guys name, but they were also very professional and got in and out real fast!

I will update when it comes to our house. I hope my hot tub is good quality like they say online. I’m a first time hot tub buyer and I had a great experience with nick. He gave us all of the info and did not pressure us into buying it right away. We went to price it out at other places and the price was not beatable and the customer service was not either. I hope this hot tub lasts for years and we come back In hopefully Atleast 10 years to buy another one from capital hot tubs.

Buyer beware. I have had electrical problems with my hot tub since it was installed 10 months ago! They are ignoring my emails requesting a replacement hot tub or a new electrical panel. I receive 5 to 8 email messages from my hot tub a day, saying there is a power fault. This company is aware of it and is choosing to ignore me. Horrible customer service and everyone is pointing fingers to each other, and I am left with a hot tub that is not working properly!
