I purchased my Hot Springs Pulse Hot Tub 6 months ago. Since I use it almost every night, I felt it was time to write a review. First off - Every single interaction I have had with the folks at Chesapeake Spas has been excellent. I purchased a salt-water system (and I absolutely love the way it makes my skin feel), and my salesperson Harry Early promised he would help me every step of the way in learning how to understand, operate and maintain this system. He has consistently over-delivered on that promise. He takes my calls and answers my questions and always makes time to help me when I stop in the store with questions. I seriously wish every big purchase came with this level of customer service. On the service side of the house, I have been equally impressed with Drew Ironmonger who came out to my house last week because I could not get a chlorine reading. Drew assessed and fixed the problem (which actually turned out to be caused by a user-error on my part). Not only did he get me up and running, he spent time explaining what I did wrong, and gave me a step by step tutorial of what to do if I ever lose my chlorine reading the future. And here’s the kicker - Drew called me the next day to make sure everything was running correctly. I LOVE my Hot Springs Salt Water Hot Tub and I appreciate the team at Chesapeake Hot Tub and Spa. They are TOP NOTCH in both sales and service.

I had a really great experience here! I really wanted a salt spa but everywhere I went it was so far outside my budget I was about to settle for chlorine. So glad I came to Chesapeake Spas--they had what I was looking for significantly cheaper than other places I'd looked AND it's a really great tub that I expect to last a very long time. They did a great job with delivery and setup and I look forward to being a customer of this local business for a long time. 😍 I've been using my spa morning and evening and it has made such a huge difference in my daily routine--so glad I bit the bullet and made the purchase--you really can't put a price tag on self care!

Chesapeake Spas is the absolute best. The products are fantastic and customer service is phenomenal. We bought our first hot tub from them when we arrived in MD, and 20 years later it was still working fine. We decided to get a new tub as our 25th anniversary present, and, as always great product, great service. When a manufacturing issue arose with the 2nd tub, Chesapeake Spas was on top of getting it resolved. We are on our 3rd tub from them and we absolutely love it.

I originally came across Chesapeake Spas around buying accessories for my Big Green Egg. They have every BBQ, Smoker, Grill, seasoning, and toy (Bug Assault) you can think of. I eventually ended up buying a Hot Springs Grandee thru them and love it. Their staff and service have always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always enjoy walking thru their store to pick up supplies and find something new. Keep up the great work Harry, Brock and team!

I purchased a spa after numerous spa tests. The staff here are wonderful and very patient. Recently, I had a drain and refill service performed by Andrew “Drew”. Drew is very personable and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the service. While the complete team is easy to work with, I plan to specifically request Drew to service my spa. I strongly recommend using Chesapeake Spa for your spa needs and you will be happy you did.
