Definitely will be coming here more regularly. I had a horrible experience getting my eyebrows waxed last year that left with me scabs & scars on my eyelids last year at a local salon. The woman doing the waxing didn't seem to have much experience because she ended up taking off a few layers of skin along with the hair. Ouch. I avoided getting waxed again out of fear that it would happen again. But, as time passed and my eyebrows starting getting out of control, I started looking around for a new place. A friend had recommended Noreen's to me, so I decided to give it a try. Making an appointment was super easy because you can book online. When I walked in, I was given a detailed questionnaire to fill out that included asking if I ever had issues with waxing before. This was reassuring because it indicated the they take safety seriously. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. Noreen herself did the waxing. I was taken to a private room with relaxing music & comfy decor. She had me lie down and asked if I ever had any problem before and I explained my previous experience. She also asked what types of products I use on my face. And then we began. I've had my brows threaded, waxed and tweezed many times before. The scarring incident notwithstanding, there's always been a little bit of discomfort when getting these procedures done. Minor discomfort, but still discomfort. This is the first time I've ever had my brows done where I did not feel any sort of discomfort or pain! None. Noreen was so gentle and careful, I hardly knew she was doing anything at all. She both waxed and tweezed, and I hardly felt a thing. That alone is worth coming back for. The prices of the services are also very reasonable (the same as other local services). Definitely recommend.

It was my first experience with eyelash extensions, and WOW! What an amazing result! Noreen did a great job, and I will be back for sure! Not only is she a wonderful lady but also a fabulous esthetician. I highly recommend Noreen's as a one-stop shop for anything spa or beauty related.
