Nshine Massage & Facial

So we reserved a couples massage for my husband and I on Valentine’s Day online. A few days after I called to verify they didn’t understand what I was asking which they apologized for. My husband and I arrived a few minutes early she took us to our room which was ok nothing spectacular to say the least. The beds weren’t heated which was ok the sheets were clean everything smelled really clean. The massage was mediocre they didn’t do a consultation about what we wanted or what our problem area so that was a red flag. We did order the hot stones but we did not get them which I was ok with. The lady that did mine was a little harder and the lady that did my husband was very gentle so a consultation would have solved this if that was done in the beginning. I also did not appreciate the fact that they were talking to each other in a language that I didn’t understand. As I’m extremely vulnerable and naked while also trying to relax trying to thinking about what there saying is not something I should have to worry about.

I’m always going to support new shops on Main Street. In two weeks, I paid for two massages & two facials. The massages are fine I have absolutely no complaints. However the facials are NOT spa quality. Definitely not licensed aestheticians. I paid $160 for a facial where they used one of those face masks you take out the package at home. Just blew my mind. No exfoliating was done. Just weird. I felt bad because my friend who never had a facial had no idea this was awful. Money wasted. Then their payment device is down for two weeks, so we are forced to find ways to pay. I’ll return for massages only. PS: update your website because you have black facial and I know there is no such thing!!!

This facility came in clutch after a snow shoveling day. An hour goes by so fast and I caught myself about to snore during a 1hr Swedish. They give a full hour and actually try to work knots out. No rushed session. The swedish is a lighter touch. Fair price and the staff that I have met are all nice and professional. I did see a review about a language barrier issue however, all the staff spoke well enough for me to understand. So no issues there. It's a clean facility. Gonna try their Foot massage next. New business just getting started and they are eager to please! Had a great, 120 minute sweedish massage with Summer and also included full body scrub. Summer has a great technique and I left feeling much more relaxed than when I entered. Facility very clean and room very comfortable. Hopefully more amenities are in the future as they get more established. Reasonable pricing and I will return... I was VERY "happy" when I left!

I feel WONDERFUL 🥰 so glad we chose to come to Nshine for a couple's massage. I will recommend to anyone looking to relax and feel like a million bucks! We opted for Swedish massage and they were very willing to go harder/softer and checked in with us frequently about what they were doing. The place was spotless and a perfect environment for some rest and relaxation. Hot stones were an amazing surprise!! ❤️
