I'm posting this review on behalf of CaringMatters, a nonprofit based in Gaithersburg. We had a wonderful experience with Offenbachers while furnishing the new outdoor patio at the CaringMatters Cottage. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. We were looking for durable, comfortable, and inviting tables and chairs to create a welcoming outdoor space for our volunteers, staff, and the individuals and families we serve—people facing serious illness, caregiving responsibilities, and grief. Thanks to Offenbachers, we now have a beautiful, functional patio that truly enhances our mission of compassionate community support. Redoing our basement for our boys to hang out with friends. Went shopping for pool tables and landed at Offenbachers. We had an exceptional experience purchasing our pool table from Offenbacher's! Jay provided outstanding service when my family purchased a pool table and patio furniture. He really listened to our needs for each space and even drew a floor plan to help us visualize the pool table in the basement and the patio setup on our deck. We purchased outdoor furniture for our newly done patio. Scott was great in guiding us through the choices. We had photos and measurements of our area which helped our choices. William, the district manager happened to be there and he assisted in creating a computer rendering of the furniture placement. We are looking forward to the delivery and using the items!
