Cape Ann's Marina Resort
I have a boston whaler that I brought in with a brand new motor for warranty work which they said would be covered. They take the boat for about 2 weeks to change a filter and plugs and charge me $500!! When I saw my boat it was in terrible condition covered in dirt with rocks on the deck in a parking lot. The wood finish was destroyed and when I called them to talk about this they told me to kick rocks. I’m pissed never bring your boat here!!
Employees are extremely rude. I tried calling and they would not listen to what I had to say. Also had a friend use them and they overcharged him for something that wasn’t needed and held the boat way too long. Also they never send the boat back in nice condition. I’ve had boats damaged, wood broken and random trash in the boat. Overall, would not use them and go to someone like Crocker or Perkins
Not sure what to review here. There is a ton of parking available. The hotel and marina are all easy to get to. The only downside is the horrible biting gnats that swarm around the area in the early morning. You've been warned...
The Mile Marker Restaurant at the resort. Great food and wonderful service...not to mention the Marina views from your table.
Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
