Massage Siam And Spa

So I come here a lot I like them for the most part but you know when you get a full body massage you want full body. Now I have to tell her several times please stop massage my back can you please go to like some other troubled areas. I have literally four times. She's like we have plenty of time. I booked an hour and a half. We did not have plenty of time. She so much time on the back. 15 minutes on the back is enough 20 but you know a half hour then that leaves like. 1/3 of the massages but on the back and when you specifically say no I don't want the back and they do it anyways and then you have to repeat yourself four times I'm just like why am I even here it's like a one-size-fits-all for everybody and it doesn't matter what you say cuz they don't listen. It's really up to the point where we're like arguing. So I didn't leave a good tip and then she looked at me like oh you didn't leave a good tip and I'm like I told you four times to stopped massaging my back please go somewhere else these are where my trouble areas are why can't you do that.

I had a massage here today and it was one of the worst massages I’ve had in a long time. AVOID THIS PLACE. I specifically requested for a focus on my neck, legs and arms. The therapist ignored my request and proceeded to subject me to a painful back walking massage. I told her it was painful and to please stop and she responded that it was good for me. She applied a lubricant and when I asked what it was she said it was baby oil vs an actual oil. I paid $120 and felt this was very cheap and low grade. When she had me flip over she proceeded to stretch my legs and arms and then announced that we were all done. No actual real massage was performed to the front of my body. I complained to the front desk and was told stretches are only done on the front. It is false advertising as the website mentioned swedish , deep tissue and Thai massage. None of what she did resembled actual technique or training. I doubt she was actually licensed. If you want a real massage go someplace else. This place is a waste of money.

The massage, atmosphere, etc. is great. The problem: you cannot force 20% tipping and charge that without even checking with customers first. We have come here many times and always tip at least 20%. When we have come before, we were told that there's a discount for paying in cash. This time, we come to pay with cash, and besides being charged the typical amount (no cash discount), the staff immediately scoffed when cash (total cost + some tip but not enough to be 20%) was presented and claimed they had a policy requiring at least 20% tip... We were confused and just trying to get more information, as we have been told paying with cash results in a discount. Of course, we were planning to tip regardless. WITHOUT EVEN ASKING the staff member rings up what would be a 20% tip and asks for a credit card. This is just rude, off-putting, and unprofessional. Previously, we would have rated this place with 5 stars. Now, 3 stars seem generous.

I was a long time customer of massage Siam for many years until recently. A few months ago, I had a 60 minute massage where the therapist spent more they thirty minutes just applying pressure instead of actually performing a massage. At the end, I mentioned very politely how the massage was not what I expected. When trying to book another appointment with a different therapist, I was told by Massage Siam that I was no longer welcome based on my feedback from the prior massage. It is very unfortunate that one bitter therapist can ruin years of a good business relationship. I would not recommend them in the future.

I am a massage lover and I’ve tried a lot of places. I would give it 4 stars. I picked Saim massage which is the most popular here. Traditional Thai style. They’ll focus on your neck/shoulder/arms/legs by finger pressure. Super relaxing and comfortable. The room is clean and neat. If you live around you should try☺️
