Moki Sauna Allston

I don't think I can even express how much I love this place. I was scared of the cold plunge the first time but it was exhilarating to do - it's also optional! It's so nice to be able to get warm on cold Boston days. The staff is awesome and responsive. The only downside is they're closed Tuesdays - I wish they alternated which location was closed on which day so I could still go then!
Such a great spot with a great community. Everyone is very friendly! Sauna + cold plunge = feel amazing. This allston spot has really easy parking, wood fired sauna, lounge chairs, and friendly staff. The saunas themselves are basically new, and very clean.
Super unique experience and a great way to unwind. You may think you won't enjoy it but I promise you will. Just go...you wont regret it. Also, Margaux is a great ambassador for the space. Super helpful and happy to answer our questions.
We did a private sauna for 8 and it was a bit tight but not uncomfortable. The cold plunge was freezing but going back and forth from hot to cold felt really invigorating. Facilities are simple but comfortable. We had a great time!
So glad I found this for when I'm in town visiting. A great way to relax, super helpful staff and parking is a plus! Loved using the sauna and outdoor space on a snowy day, very peaceful
