Got a one hour couples massage. A woman was on her cell phone on the other side of my curtain. It was allowed to continue for 30 minutes of my massage. Another person’s cell phone rang next to our room. My spouses therapist only focused on back work and did not even have her flip over. We usually get 90 minutes here and we get full body. We assumed 60 minutes would be the same full body just shorter length of time on each body part. They also still have the loud hello welcome sound every time someone walks in the door. There is a soft bell alerting them to customers why do they still need the loud announcement. My experience today was not worth the money. We go faithfully every 6 weeks we will not be going back. If you choose to go, make sure you get the name of the person that does a good job. I think that is the key for your next visit

I was pleasantly surprised with the massage 30 min, chair massage. I wasn’t planning on going I just happen to walk by and decided to stop since my neck has been bothering me lately. I went to school for massage therapy so I have the formal education to know if I’m getting a healthy, helpful massage or if they are just rubbing your back. These people are trained and very professional and WALK-IN AVAILABILITY!! I’ll definitely be back.

Sent my husband here for a Father's Day one hour massage . He didn't speak highly of it , but sounds like he at least at a decent massage or a good one or else I would have heard about it. He was just turned off by the way they approached for tips, so that made his experience just ok. Didn't sound like he was excited to go back . Guess I'll try for myself to see .

Even tho the facial and massage wss great , I had a gift certificate for me and paid for my daughter's massage which was 63.00 I left a cash tip and I looked at my bank acount they charged me 103.00.i put 63.00.in the total section. I have my receipt that states 63.00 .check your accounts cause their stealing. This happen at the one in the mall on June 1st 2025

Horrible experience. Typically when you get a massage they can be a little bit deep, and there may be some pain associated with it. Despite me NUMEROUS times say “ow” and “go easy”, which she probably didn’t understand because of the language barrier and her yapping and yelling at the other ladies the whole time, I have this bruise. Never ever again.
