SPA InterContinental Boston

Very disappointed with my experience. My friend and I booked a couples massage , she got a good massage, but mine was very disappointing. My massage therapist didn’t seem to put in any effort; it felt more like gentle rubbing than a real Swedish massage. For the price we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it. To make things worse, at the end of our session, a man came into the women’s locker room to use the steam room, which was really uncomfortable and inappropriate.
I saw Gayane (or G) for a massage during my stay and it was the most amazing massage I’ve ever received. She uses a variety of techniques and knows where all the knots and pressure points are. She noticed areas that were tenser than others and paid special attention to them without having to be asked. The massage was so fantastic I came back for a second before I checked out. Highly recommend a massage with Gayane!
Ask for Robyn. I think she is amazing! First of all, give your body a treat every once in awhile, we all work hard. So, this ain't no cheap massage and the not for the feint of heart because they will feint. However, the customer service is top notch! They do their best to cater to your needs. You won't regret taking time to spend on yourself or spouse. You deserve it!
Myrna is absolutely amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly gifted at what she does. From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease in her hands. She knows exactly how to target tension and create a deeply relaxing experience. I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for an exceptional massage!
The intercontinental spa was a great experience. We enjoyed our time in the relaxing lounge and had great service. Jeff performed my facial which was fantastic. Mirna performed my massage with multiple add-ons and it was incredible, extremely thorough, and both are very professional. I highly recommend them!
