SweatHouz South Boston Contrast Therapy Studio

Josh was there during my first visit to SweatHouz and he had the perfect balance of being informative and knowledgeable, without it feeling like a sales push. He is exactly the type of representation you would want at this business. I've had a phenomenal experience each visit; the check-in process has been efficient, the staff lovely and the facility exceptionally clean. I interacted with Morgan last evening and found her interaction to be quite similar to my experiences with Josh. I haven't interacted as much with her, but she was attentive, thorough and just truly pleasant to work with. It's obvious the Southie SweatHouz has an excellent team in place.

The location is very clean. They offer different flavor water, as well as towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower caps, and Q-tips. The infrared sauna was very nice and relaxing. You get your own private sauna, cold plunge and shower. The vitamin C shower made my skin and hair feels so soft. Also, they left a welcome card with my name on it. That personalization gave it a special touch and made me smile.

I’ve never done this before and I will definitely do it again. The facilities were immaculate. I was surprised at how effective the sauna was having never been in an infrared one. The plunge bath… Just left me feeling incredibly energized. And the front staff were super welcoming and took their time to explain the process.

Sweathouse Aventura has become my go-to. Kas and Seb really make the place - great people, great energy. The atmosphere is dialed in, and you walk out of every session feeling like you actually did something for yourself. It's part of my daily routine now, and I genuinely love the Aventura location
