Absolutely amazing experience. I was so so surprised too, given that I have been to a lot of expensive spas in the Boston area and have only found them mediocre to OK in terms of the actual service. I’ve also been to a lot of hotel spas across Asia and this experience features as one of the best. First of all, everyone was super friendly and accommodating (this is what I expect when they’re charging the prices that they charge). I love the amenities/facilities they give you (you can use them for up to 1 hour only before your scheduled service), which include hot and cold plunge pools, steam room, sauna. Also, my massage therapist, Michael actuallly listened to me when I told him that generally I prefer very firm massage - I want to feel like my muscles are actually being manipulated and not just being touched gently. Thankfully he 100% delivered! My mom also loved her massage with Kamchala and said she wanted to be able to have another appointment with her, and my brother enjoyed his with Mecca. This was definitely worth a return and I’m so glad I gave this a chance.

A special treat indeed. It is expensive but for me, worth it. It was beautiful and luxurious without feeling snobbish. As previous reviewers note they add a service charge- that is 20% tip and if you prefer you can alter it. They had wonderful hibiscus cold tea, water, nice robes, cold plunge, hot tub, steam, sauna (around 98 degrees if you like hot hot you may be disappointed). You can stay in the facilities as long as you want. Pro-tip: sit in the Grecian tiled lounge chairs by the cold plunge they are heated!

I had a 90 min therapeutic massage at foot revival treatment with David today and he was phenomenal. I came in struggling after running a marathon two days ago. The sauna, hot tub and cold plunge were great and then my service with David allowed me walk out so much more easily than I could walk in. He was very knowledgeable on working with athletes and I felt very well taken care of. He’s the first masseuse I’ve had that I will actively seek out again in the future.

I had a Balancing Massage with Erika today that was extraordinary. Erika’s hands were magic. There was a continual flow and glow of energy I could feel from the inside out with a very real spirit guidance coming through. Her touch was gentle yet firm. There was a certain knowing coming through her hands that my body relaxed under. My body felt safe to release bundles and bundles of stored stress. It’s a special gift to receive a massage from Erika.

The facility is great with a variety of amenities. Alek and everyone at the reception desk are always very friendly and welcoming. I had a massage from Mecca and he was absolutely phenomenal. I was holding so.much. tension, he did a great job working out all of my knots and stress. He clearly communicated every step in the process as well as made sure I was comfortable. I will be recommending him to anyone in the future.
