My fiancé and I visit this place on sweetest day when we first walked in it smelt like mildew I did not care about that after we still said we were going to stay because we had already Paid for the reservation in advance so when we were filling out our paperwork, the staff were very extremely rude and unprofessional when the staff took us to our Jacuzzi room she was supposed to give us a tour around the room. She was speaking to us rudely. She was rushing. She was rushing us. She would not even Look at us, she done a horrible job of giving us a tour. The next day we called to make a complaint to the supervisor the supervisor claim that she was going to tell the manager about our experience. And the Supervisor, were supposed to also get in touch with us never did we get a call back at all not only that the mildew smell was so bad until we had to leave early. We did not even stay our our stay. This is not a place for anyone to visit. Do not waste your time or money such a rude and horrible experience🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Had a rough night last night in Royal Oak and woke up this morning with a monster hangover, which normally I wouldn’t mind as much but I also have a wedding tonight. What’s a guy to do? Sure, I can chug some pedialite and liquid IV and scarf down a sausage egg and cheese bagel (did that anyway) but I was fortunate enough to find a tanning salon that also has private jacuzzis. JACUZZIS! Well, I don’t have to tell you that 90 mins soaking into their nice big tub listening to my favorite tunes using the included Bluetooth speaker I walked out of there feeling like a monk who’s abstained from alcohol his entire life. Not only that, but Amanda and Hunter were extremely accommodating and helpful, not to mention friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a an hour (or two) to unwind, relax, or (most importantly in many cases) cure a bad hangover.
Love it there! Very clean! There is also a shower for you to use in your private hot tub room. I change into some pajamas after for the drive home. My only wish would be having a hotel area where you could spend the night lol, that’s how relaxing it is! Well worth the money.
It's ok. The staff is very nice cool and respectful. The place is clean. The privacy is limited. The ceilings are not connected it's not sound proof and you hear other guest sounds that over power your room music. But it was cool overall. It's very small inside.
We stayed in the Hawaii room for an hour, we really loved it ☆° next time I'll go for a tanning session, would recommend turning the water just a smidgen bit hotter as it gets warmish after 3 minutes, BRING A BATHING SUIT 🤣 …
