Great Soak Hot Tub Co

Much like several of the other reviewers, I wanted to wait to post a review. We purchased our hot tub about a year ago. Not only did the people take the time to talk us through all the options, but once we finally made the purchase, the delivery was quick and the hot tub was professionally placed where we wanted it. Having never had a hot tub before, I had a lot of questions about how to maintain it, when to add chemicals, and how readily available the chemicals would be. Great Soak Hot Tub professional walked us through this process and has always had the supplies we needed. Finally, I was concerned if I ever had a problem with the hot tub, what would the service be like? For almost a year I did not have to find out. Then the heater stopped working and bluntly I was concerned because the dropping temperatures could have really damaged the hot tub without immediate professional assistance. We called as soon as we found out about the issue and got voicemail (understandably because it was 11:30 p.m.). We did however, get a call back. We were expecting a wait; however, within a matter of a day or two we had someone at our house fixing the hot tub, and within an hour everything was working correctly. I can honestly say I have not only been impressed with the quality of the product, but I can not speaking highly enough of the staff and the service. I was very apprehensive about getting a hot tub in the first place, but because of Great Soak Hot Tub Co. it has been an easy process. Thank you.

I had waited over a year to write this review on the new Jacuzzi tub that my wife and I had purchased back in April of 2017. I'll start by telling you that if you want to buy a hot tub you are in the right place. From the time we walked into the store and meet Sean to all the way setting up the tub and a few follow up repairs The Great Hot Tub Co. had provided exceptional service. I would like to explain the few repairs that needed to be done just to ease your mind about choosing a Jacuzzi brand tub. The first was upon the delivery, it was discovered that the outside skirt was scratched and the other issue was the blue tooth stereo failed to work after a few weeks. Both were promptly addressed by Sean and repaired in a timely manner. As of now the stereo is still in operation and the tub itself is like a Swiss time piece. The top item on our list was to find a company that would give us great service in the time of need and we found it. As you can see if you chose to purchase a tub for The Great Hot Tub Co. you can’t go wrong in my book.

Great Soak Hot Tub Co is the greatest. There is no way to tell you how Meg and the guys truly went out of their way to help us finally secure the correct hot tub cover, delivered and installed it and took the old one away. I was doing all the communication with Meg from out of town for my son tub in Jackson. Normally this would be difficult and time consuming, NOT when you buy from them. Good old fashion customer service. No ordering online, you get their personal service and they go above and beyond. At least check them out when ordering a new tub or products. You will be delighted. We had a heater issue with our hot tub, and in todays environment of supply and demand we new we needed to be patient. Due to the high demand of the person (Jake) to do repairs we were happy to wait the estimated three weeks for service. But then Jake calls and shows up two weeks early saying he had some extra time and wanted to get this in! He found the problem fixed it and was on his way in an hour. Great guy, super friendly, very concise and explanatory. Thank you for being an incredibly agile and efficient to meet your customers needs! You are a rock star!!

Supplies are readily available 5 stars. Service is one star. They don’t return calls. The message box is always full. We had to resort to the manufacturer to get assistance. Running 24/7 Is a waste of electricity especially from a device that is supposed to be energy star efficient. Tried for 6 Weeks for help… Frustrating!
