Nice facility! Sauna is hot with room for 10 people and is sanitized between each session. There is always a staff member onsite to check you in and stoke the fire. The outdoor deck is very nice with two outdoor cold plunge tubs and some outdoor seating as well. The changing stall is also available if you need to change before or after your session. There is also an indoor area with hooks and cubbies for storage. This location is open 4 days a week, with 4 available 70 minute sessions Tues Fri and Saturday as well as 5 available on Sunday. The last two Sunday sessions are a guided group sharing circle. I recommend wearing your bathing suit and bringing 2L of water, a towel, a robe and some slip on shoes.

This place is a weekly visit for me. It’s such a great way to meet new people and build community, especially young adults (which isn’t always easy up here!) Tons of locals and everyone’s friendly. Plus it’s just so relaxing and great to disconnect. Highly recommend if you’ve never been. Try it once and you’ll be welcomed and wanna come back over and over!

Great set up at both locations in Traverse City. The cold water tubs are AMAZING!! The staff has always been so helpful and welcoming. It’s really easy to buy passes/punch cards and schedule right online at either location.

I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The cold plunges are high quality, the sauna is wood-fueled, everything is maintained well, and the staff and owners are amazing. Seriously, couldn't ask for more 😌 …

My girlfriends and I had the best time in the sauna & cold plunges. It was so relaxing, felt very clean, and was perfect for a girls weekend.
