Not a terrible experience hiring Hotwater DRX, but also not the greatest. We hired them back in June to basically turn our swamp of a pool to being usable. New home and pool owners here. The pool was filled with leaves, debris, infested with dead insects and loads of algae. They were able to clean it fully and treat it for use within a week which we were very grateful for. Hired them again for July to do 2x monthly cleaning and maintenance. Our initial quote for the month was $225. Fine. Received our invoice end of the month for roughly $415 and change. Mind you that the maintenance visits included an hour of labor so that would be 2 hours of labor for the 2x per month. Somehow we accrued $190 of extra charges and I know for a fact that they did not do 2 hours of labor as we have backyard cameras to monitor. Each time they texted me that they were coming out to clean, it looked like nothing was done. The sides of the pool that were reported to be scrubbed were not done. We were told that the bottom of the pool was staining, but in fact, it was algae when we jumped in to scrub it ourselves. Upon doing so, we contacted them to try and hire them for a second month to help with clearing the algae. We did not hire them again because the text exchange between myself and the manager was quite passively rude and very condescending. Our end of month invoice from the manager read, “Should of been more for labor. This is the last time we can do any discounts on labor!” I never once asked for a discount. If they did that on their own accord, great, but again, never asked for a discount and made it sound as if I was begging for a deal. Long story short, we went to a pool store and got much more knowledge and information from them. If you hire this company, watch out for the labor charges. I would recommend learning and doing pool cleaning and treating yourself. Save yourself some money on “labor”.

I am a disabled Veteran, and I totally depend on my indoor hot tub to help with my daily aches and pains across my body. It stopped working and I started searching for a local Company to fix it for me. I found Hotwater DRx and when I called, they were very friendly and eager to help! They had very good reviews, which is always paramount for anyone I do business with. Jill, the office manager set me up with a time within a few days of Thanksgiving, for Ceasar the professional technician to come out and help me. He actually came a day early and quickly diagnosed my problem. He didn't have the part needed on his truck (with so many makes and models who would?) but he volunteered to drive a few minutes to the local Home Depot and grab one! He quickly and efficiently repaired my tub, and answered all of my questions patiently and professionally, even showing me how to do what I needed! He also noticed a small leak from a gasket, tightened it for me, and suggested that next time I drain the tub for cleaning; to call and he would replace them both for me! I was so impressed with his kind demeanor, attention to detail, quick work, fair prices, and total professionalism! If you have a pool or spa, you should definitely give them a call! You will NOT be disappointed! 5-star service across the board!!! Thank you Hotwater DRx!!!

Cannot recommend these guys enough! They came out quickly to diagnose the issues with my hot tub, put together a quote for the many issues I needed repaired/replaced, ordered the materials, and came back out out to install everything! Overall, it was about a one week process which is simply impressive for this line of business and at this time of year (very busy with winterization schedules). Between my hot tub being very old and the sheer number of issues that needed their attention (new pumps, new heater, new main motherboard, etc.), they were working here from about 10:30am-8:30pm non-stop. I felt awful because they didn't even take a break to eat lunch or anything.. I offered them a beer but, hard working professionals as they are, they rejected my offer LOL Thank you guys so much! I will absolutely be coming back to you if ever I need assistance with my hot tub (and I respect you if you choose not to answer my call haha)

We were SO excited to get our new Hot Tub and looking forward to using it all the time! Unfortunately we quickly realized that our hectic schedules with our business, taking care of the kids, and traveling didn't necessarily allow us to give the time and attention our hot tub needed. The majority of the time we wanted to use it we'd open it and find green water, smelly water, or it would foam up so bad we felt like we dumped an entire super size can of bubbles into the tub. We heard about Hotwater DRX and gave them a try and have had a hot tub "at the ready" ever since! We've just passed our 18 month point of service and there has not been 1 time that we've been unable to enjoy our hot tub! Thank you Lindsey and team! You guys are the best!

Great service, very reasonable! I had a problem with my hot tub, and wasn't getting any heat. After being told by Zager's service team it would be 1 month, regardless that my tub would probably freeze and that the service actually wasn't their company like I was told when I purchased my spa - Hotwater Dr, worked me in! They also had a packed book, but was able to get me in within a week of my call. I hadn't used them before, and had a great experience. Very reasonable pricing, wouldn't hesitate referring business their way! Great local business!! thank you Hotwater Dr!!!
