Jack is a very reliable service engineer He is always pleasant and conscientious of the work that needs to be done. The staff that works with him is trustworthy and knowledgeable. I have relied on them for two years and I’m confident that the work needed is always completed properly and in a timely manner.

Have had a great experience overall, I’m on my second hot tub from LW, the service and support has been steady when needed. Only issue I’ve had was a couple control panels that were not waterproofed enough and had to be replaced but that was a manufacturer issue and LW service quickly replaced them for me.
