Oasis Hot Tub Gardens

My girlfriend and I came here for her 19th birthday and it was an amazing experience. We had one of the outdoor spa rooms while it was snowing, with a fireplace going, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing and comforting experiences ever. The atmosphere was perfect, super peaceful, private, and exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. It felt like a real escape from everyday stress. The only small thing I’d change is being able to choose your room ahead of time, but even that didn’t take away from how great the experience was. We’re already planning to come back and try the other rooms. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing spa experience in Ann Arbor.

We went here early in the day on a Friday. It was not busy at all but to be safe we booked a couple week's prior. The inside rooms are usually taken up if you wait too long to book. The outside tubs are really nice and from what I have seen actually have a little sit in area if you want to get out for a minute or start to get to cold. Plus I think all the areas have a fire place. The service was also amazing, the lady at the front was excited to welcome us and they quickly got us to the room letting us know how everything works.

Looking for a romantic, peaceful, relaxing evening or just a nice therapeutic soak to ease those aching body pains and muscles? Well Look no more, this was our first experience at this beautiful spa resort that was recommended to us and it definitely won’t be our last! The facility was very well kept, cleaned and maintained by numerous friendly staff members that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they were very accommodating for our visit. 10 out 10 highly recommend and if I could give them more stars I would!

Our first visit to Oasis Hot Tubs in April wasn’t as clean as we expected. we found empty fragrance bottle and women hair, but the second time, the place was noticeably better and well-maintained. The facility itself is great, but the customer service was mixed — only one wonderful staff member was truly welcoming and helpful she was there last Monday on May 26 at 4:10 pm, while others seemed the least friendly. I hope they continue improving both cleanliness and customer service!

Me and my wife was looking to try something new. So he tried this place we didn't get any of the services except for some fragrances that we add it to the hot tub, but all in all it was an excellent experience everything was clean, with a nice ambience. They even had Bluetooth so that you can connect your device to listen to some some music. All in all it's a place me and my wife would definitely be going back to.
