I am absolutely in love with this place! I have degenerative discs in my neck that were giving me a very difficult time the day of my Phlōt appointment. I was barely able to walk in the doors, but, I was able to walk out! Not only did it dramatically reduce my symptoms, but I had such an overwhelming feeling of peace for the remainder of my night. Almost dreamlike. The experience itself was beyond relaxing, calming. The 'chamber' is very inviting, with led lights and stars that turned different colors and soft calming music. I myself turned all of that off after about 20 minutes, just floating in quiet darkness. I did fall asleep with it being so peaceful! 🙏 Clean and beautiful rooms. Very friendly and courteous staff. I will be returning! ❣️ Highly recommend!

I just visited with my husband for a couples float. I had been here before once but it was his first time coming. We both thought everything was great. I don’t think we really understood that it would be in the same tank so be aware of that specifically on the couples. I wasn’t sure how it would be with all of the bumping around (like when you bump into the walls or each other!) and there was a fair bit of it while we adjusted. We finally found a trick though, if one person puts an arm around the other and they put their leg over or under the other persons leg, you then begin to just float as one. And you actually can’t even feel the other person this way. Weird but it works! We will go back.

Always a delightful experience. I’ve been going to phlōt for years, and I’m always impressed by the cleanliness, the futuristic options, and the complete comfort regardless of which experience I’m participating in. I choose total sensory deprivation, but how cool are the lights?? And the soothing sounds available make relaxing that much easier to do! Staff is so kind, accommodating, and super helpful! It can seem expensive, but it’s beyond worth the luxury! Highly recommend!!

I went back in January. Water is warm and relaxing coupled with the epsom salts got my circulation nice and going which was nice after all the sub zero temps. Found it a bit hard to relax though, best time was during the meditation type music they played to let you know it's time to get out. Found out after you can play music and I think you that would have helped my mind from bouncing around and stop focusing on what my muscles were doing

Awesome place, I have been to many float facilities across the country and Phlot is definitely my favorite. The monthly membership is a great deal. The staff is amazing and the manager Nick gives great advice on how to get the most out of the experience. I have been floating and doing the sauna/cold plunge at least once a week and have noticed improvement in my mental and physical health. Thanks a ton!
