I decided to give this place a try based on all the good reviews. I booked a couples massage in advance for my husband and I for his birthday. I decided on 10:30 because I didn't want to be there at their exact opening time of 10 a.m. We arrived about 5 minutes prior to our appointment time. There were 2 or 3 pairs of shoes at the door, pretty much in the middle of the floor. There were two ladies there, one who worked there was on her cell phone. I'm not sure if the other lady worked there or not. At about 10:30, the lady who worked there asked did we mind waiting for 10 minutes. We said no problem. Then both ladies went into a room. We waited for about 15 minutes or so. We never seen or heard from anyone else so we left. I never even received a phone call acknowledging or explaining their horrible customer service. If you're looking to book a massage, I suggest going somewhere that at least has a reception and where your therapist will be there as scheduled. I'm sure other places would appreciate the business and their paying customers. I'm not sure how this spa is working to rectify this issue without actually reaching out to me personally, the customer who was there to pay for a service that was booked in advance. A simple phone call of acknowledgement is easy. I reiterate, go somewhere who appreciates their customers.

I just had a 90 minute relaxing massage. It was amazing. Shuyi was my masseuse and I loved her!! I've been getting massages for a good 15-20 years and this one was hands down one of the best! I went in with my sciatic nerve causing me so much stiffness and pain. I told her, so she focused on that area. I walked out pain free. She hit all the right spots. It was an intuitive massage where she was really making sure she was putting pressure where it was needed and not just going through the motions. It hurt a little at first, but a good hurt. Then the pain was gone. Absolutely amazing! I was able to book online no problem and I feel the price was very reasonable. It's a cute and clean environment. I was offered a free bottle of water when I went to pay. Overall 10/10! This is my new place for sure 😃 Thank you Shuyi, see you next time!!

Scheduled a massage for my mother's birthday. Arriving there the receptionist and therapist was ready for us right away no need for a wait and the interior was pretty clean so taking our shoes off was a little cold but was fine even in the bathroom. The massage was great. Cece was amazing. The interior decorations looked amazing, definitely to the detail of the posts on social media.
