On my birthday, I was refused a massage because the lady stated that I had open wounds. My autoimmune disease causes dryness and itchy skin. I have a lot of black marks from sores due to me scratching. Because of my autoimmune disease, I wear a mask, so when I entered the establishment, she immediately asked, "What is wrong with you?"" I explained why I wear a mask. From there, she was treating me like I had a contagious disease. Upon laying on the table, I asked if they had a cushion or pillow because the table was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I was offered a pillow. When she noticed that I had scaring and skin discoloration, she asked, "What are all the black marks on your body?"" I explained, and she turned a light on to look. I noticed that she was uncomfortable, so I told the young lady that I only wanted her to focus on my arms and upper back. She left the room to speak to her boss. She lied and told her boss that I had open wounds on my upper back and arms. At this point, she refused the massage. While leaving, the manager also asked, "What is wrong with you?" After explaining, she then apologized and offered the salt room. She further explained that the young lady had a fear due to something that had happened with another customer. I explained to the owner that if she's afraid of touching customers even while wearing gloves, then this is not the field for her. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was made to feel like I had a contagious disease. I will never visit this place again. The owner later sent a text apologizing and offered free services to the salt room.

Had the greatest experience for my first appointment. The owner is so caring, she truly seemed to show concern about my health issues. I'm surprised there would be any reviews that aren't the full five stars since my first visit made me feel valuable and appreciated. She was willing to answer questions, talk about my medical history, etc. I knew immediately as soon as I walked in that this person has this business because they are trying to offer a genuine, authentic public service to help people in the community. There are undoubtedly a lot of challenges and obstacles to run a business of this sort, so what other reason could there be, anyway? But I felt very relaxed when I left despite having some anxiety when I got there. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. To be honest, I felt like she was my friend by the time I left! Highly recommend her also for her overall knowledge.

Today I called to make an appointment and spoke to a lady who made me an appointment at 1pm, drive time from my home was 45mins so I called to cancel which the phone went to voicemail at 12:09pm and I left a message. The lady decided to call me at 12:54pm to tell me to sit in the car cause she was a mile away, so I messaged her to inform her I cancelled. Because she didn’t see her message she left a very RUDE message on my phone telling me not to never call their number again !!! All people shouldn’t have business and you should never be disrespectful to customers- I will never pay my money here don’t have to worry about me calling the number, it’s to many salt rooms around to spend money at a place that doesn’t know how to speak to their customers!!!!!!!!!!!

My sister told me about this place a few years ago and I've been coming ever since. Recently I was dealing with a lot of swelling and irritation in my throat due to allergies and acid reflux. I decided to pay the salt room a visit. By the third session, I was driving home and literally felt all the swelling leave my throat. It was like a balloon was deflated suddenly. No pain, it was just a great feeling to be able to swallow again. I thank God for the salt room. If you have any doubts don't, it's worth every visit. Natural medicine is the best medicine. 😊

Bought a gift certificate for a friend and she had a terrible experience at this salt cave. She waited 25 minutes past her appointment time to start the time in the cave because the manager was on a zoom call, they didn’t have any music to add to the ambiance, the manager left a piece of paper with my friend’s personal info on it on the counter, etc et —just all in all a bad experience for her. It was my friends first visit to a salt cave and it was a huge disappointment. Seems like they need to work on their customer service skills.
