Saunaty

I was unsure about a shared sauna experience with strangers in a random park in Muskegon, but Saunaty provided a wonderful, experience! Our hosts, Mike and Jen, were friendly, informative and accommodating, the sauna was clean, perfectly hot (180+) and uniquely built. We loved the Ross Park location, making snow angels and cold plunging into Mona Lake. You cant beat the price for this therapeutic adventure. I cant wait for our next Saunaty escape!

Amazing experience, highly recommend!! The owners Mike and Jen are so kind and have thought of everything - little sweat towels, sauna hats to regulate body temp, electrolyte water, etc. They were constantly re-loading wood to the sauna and checking in to make sure everyone was having a wonderful experience. I've already been twice and can't wait to go again.

This experience is an unexpected gem here in West Michigan. I don’t really know if I can convey the exhilaration of sitting in a wood fired sauna followed by a cold plunge. I feel alive, invigorated, AND my joints feel great (relief from that nagging arthritis). Try it. You will thank yourself. Great date night if you need ideas.

The experience I didn’t know I needed! The contrast of hot - cold was intense, but it was amazing to see where my limits were and to listen to my body. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more connection to Self, detox, nervous system reset, and so much more. I felt so welcomed and safe here. ❤️

Mike and Jen are The Best!! Every time I go I feel so welcomed. Jen does such a great job explaining everything and making sure you’re comfortable, yet encouraging newbies to give the plunge a try…..watch out, it works every time 😉 10/10 recommended …
