The exterior of the building needs finished up and it will be a great looking place. I'm a builder so I notice those things. The inside was nice, the atmosphere was nice. The girl that helped me was very good. The other staff was nice and welcoming - they can take it even a step or two further I think. Really go the extra mile to make sure clients are totally relaxed and catered to. That's the business you are in - to make people feel amazing. Overall it was very good. Another thing - I was early and needed something to do. It might be good for staff to recommend walking out toward the river, back on summit. It's a nice loop around 1-2 miles I think and good to get out for a walk. I had no idea which direction to go, a lady from a neighboring business gave me the recommendation.

There is nothing like an infrared sauna to take the chill out of your bones during a Minnesota winter. Or spring for that matter! Terrific experience. Sauna rooms are private and clean. You can regulate the intensity of the heat, the lighting in the room, or add colored lights (different benefits for each color) and even listen to Spotify or watch TV. (I prefer silence!) I was a bit skeptical about infrared at first but am a huge proponent (thanks to my sister for introducing me to Awaken.) So many health benefits — get in over to Awaken - you won’t regret it. They also offer massage and float tank but I have not tried those. Yet.

The massage was so relaxing and provided much needed relief for my stiff neck and knots in my shoulders. The massage therapist was amazing and very professional and friendly. Scheduling the infrared sauna and red light after the massage was the icing on the cake in terms of further detoxification and cleansing. I felt so clean when I left! Your whole establishment was nice and clean and peaceful and everyone that I spoke with was helpful and really easy to talk to. I'm so glad I finally made an appointment and came in. I will definitely be back!

I scheduled a time in the Float Pod, and the staff were so gracious and kind, explaining how to use the Pod and get the greatest benefit. The experience in the Pod was incredible, and while floating without effort, I was able to feel muscles in my neck and back relax on their own. Incredible experience! And the ambiance is so calming. Well done!

Youness is an amazing massage therapist. I came in expecting to leave feeling great, but I left feeling incredible. Stiffness and restriction in my body was gone, I could stand up straight, and I could take a deep breath. Best massage I have ever had! It is a gift to be back to feeling like myself.
