if I could give a -0 for my experience I would. I paid out-of-pocket as the bride to have myself and my bridesmaids enjoy a day in the salt cave. The owner messed up my reservation and then argued with me about the time. That pushed my day completely off for my bachelorette party. We were given 40 minutes in the salt cave for $279 plus I paid $100 for a guided meditation and ended up getting some stupid voice coming out of box. There wasn’t anybody in there to guide our Meditation. I have no idea what we actually paid for because it was garbage. I would never recommend this place to anyone as the owner is completely disorganized, dishonest, and unprofessional. I would love more than anything to get a refund but I know that this woman would never do that. Again, I would never recommend this place to anyone! The owner is still trying to gaslight me and my guests to say it is our fault that the time was wrong when in reality it was her screw up. She clearly will never take accountability. Furthermore, charging $100 for a meditation that was supposed to be guided in person then skipping out only to have us do it from a box is BS. I paid $ 100 for an in person guided meditation that she threw at us from google lol… seriously a joke and I rebuked her gaslighting comments to make herself feel that she is in the right. I will certainly have my party make google reviews to match my shitty experience. Ick!!! In fact I’ve spoke to others who have experienced the same experience as me and my party. Her former employee that rented a space left because of the garbage she pulls. I have yet to be compensated for the crap we experienced .

Bella Vita is a place that will bring you to complete tranquility for mind and body. When you walk in, you are greeted warmly. The front space is inviting and has lots of fun and unique things to look at and shop for. We went for my daughter's birthday. There is metered parking out front, or a parking ramp a short walk away. Make sure you get there 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time to get checked in and even look around. There are many options to choose from. The owner is very reponsive if you need to leave a message. We chose a relaxation session, and our expectations were far exceeded by the experience. I recommend dressing comfortable. We wore shorts and were good. You leave your shoes outside the room. There are open cubbies to leave your stuff in if you like, or recommended to leave in your vehicle. No bags, purses, or phones allowed in room for everyone's time to be pure relaxation. The salt cave is perfect temperature. You can wear white socks or go barefoot. There are zero gravity chairs to lay in along with weighted blankets to use if you like. There is dimmed light that surrounds you and tranquil music playing in the background. We played back in our chairs, closed our eyes and enjoyed the peacefulness. You could definitely fall asleep. When our time was up, we came out completely refreshed. Our expectations were far exceeded in everyway. My husband, daughter, and I loved the whole experience and will definitely return. Many options to choose from. This place does not disappoint!

Bella Vita Salt Caves, located in the heart of Downtown St. Cloud, offers a unique and truly restorative experience that goes far beyond traditional spa services. This spot as an essential destination for anyone seeking relaxation, healing, and a reset for the mind and body. The signature experience is the Halotherapy session in their beautiful salt cave, which is adorned with pink Himalayan salt and features comfortable zero-gravity chairs. Guests report significant benefits for respiratory issues (like allergies and asthma) and skin conditions, as the microscopic salt particles infuse the air. The ambiance—complete with soothing sound and light therapy—provides a perfect escape from daily stress. Beyond the salt cave, Bella Vita offers a range of complementary services, including therapeutic massage, ionic foot baths, and immersive classes like Sound Bowl Healing and yoga. They are also an excellent choice for private events, offering customizable packages for groups.

Do not recommend! Not professional. Only cool thing was the look of the cave. Canceled our appointments last minute. Was told she would add a gift for the inconvenience and nothing was given. The salt cave was freezing. Had to wrap in weighted blankets and we were still cold. Not relaxing at all. The foot detox felt like just having my feet in warmish water. She was not knowledgeable in what the food detox was producing when asked about it. Music playing was loud. Save your money and go to the young livinging spa by the mall or st Joe.

This was such a spiritual calming peaceful experience. We are so lucky to have this experience in St Cloud. I was amazed at how much it helped with breathing! Really unique gift shop which I bought a few things from and I’m not usually a gift shop buyer. Reasonable pricing for 40 minute session at 30.00 and for items in the gift shop. Will definitely be going back.
