This place is absolutely wonderful! Every person I encountered was kind, patient, and excited for me to be there and wanted me to have a good experience. I had dermaplanning and a facial with Lisa and she is amazing. She was thorough about asking my goals, any concerns I had, and did an amazing job. I also appreciated that she explained what she was going to do before she did it. She also answered all my skin questions. My skin feels great! She's also just a delightful person overall to interact with. She NOTICED my birthday was in a few days, asked me about my plans, and gave me quite a few samples to try that would help with my goals. How sweet is that???? I then had a massage with Sarah and it was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had. I'm a tense person and this was true wellness. She is a skilled artist in terms of technique, pressure, etc... but she makes it an experience. From asking what I wanted, to encouraging me to speak up about what I needed and she wouldn't be offended, to checking in that all was going well. She would also take audible deep breaths from time to time that would help me breathe and relax. In the end, my muscles were relaxed, my body felt better, and it also caused a release of built up anxiety and worry that I had stored up in my body without realizing. She also is such a kind person that really wants to help and make sure you have a good experience and get what you need out of the massage. Then there's Liz at the front desk who patiently helped me sign up for a membership, explained everything to me and what to do next time, and wished me a Happy Birthday - she also helped me book my massage and to be honest, I am not a person that likes to talk in the phone, but Liz made it easy and comfortable. I am so thankful for this awesome team that made my week. They are worth every penny and moment of you time - you won't regret it!!!

I had a facial with Ava and she was fantastic, very relaxing and my face felt so smooth and soft when I left! The reason for the 3 stars is I had a baby mama massage right before the facial. I’m at the end of my pregnancy and the pillow they gave me was not deep enough to feel comfortable laying on my stomach. When I mentioned this she was thrown off and didn’t seem like she knew what to do. She asked if I could lay flat on my back which I told her no I cannot especially being so close to delivery which you think they would know if someone is used to doing prenatal massages. She had my lay on my side and went maybe half way down my back and had no pressure. It just felt like she rubbed my back for 10 min. She didn’t get my lower back or hips which I told her was my biggest struggle right now. Then she moved on to my legs and again no pressure no technique it felt like she just rubbed her hands up and down my leg. I got my toes done at a nail salon and received a better leg massage than this. I’m disappointed as it was expensive to get done when I could’ve asked my husband to do the same thing for free. All and all I would come back for a facial but I definitely do not recommend for massage or atleast Prenatal one as it seemed like she was not experienced in this at all.

Super friendly staff, the atmosphere of the spa was very relaxing, and peaceful, I scheduled ahead online, the website was very easy to navigate, and it only took me a few minutes to set up my massage appointment. As I walked in I was greeted with smiles and they checked me in swiftly, since I arrived a little early, they showed me to the lounge room where they offered massages chairs and a quiet place to relax and prepare for my appointment. Faith (my masseuse) was very professional and welcoming, and answered all the questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable, and was able to enjoy massage to the fullest. 10/10 recommend. Will be going back for another session soon.

Had my first massage there today and it was fantastic!! Not only was the massage itself wonderful, but there were a lot of great details that made the whole experience amazing from start to finish; getting to wait in the meditation room in a massage chair vs just a waiting room, the delicious lemon water, the heated massage table are just a few. The entire staff was great to deal with as well and you can tell they genuinely want you to enjoy your time there. I will definitely be back!!

I had a massage recently with Sarah. She is an absolute miracle worker! I had been suffering with some long standing pain on my upper left side. She took the time to listen and really work the areas that needed help and then some! She kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, checking to see if the pressure was okay, etc... Also, she explained not only what she was doing, but WHY she was doing it. I feel a lot better! Go see her. You won't be disappointed!!
