Energy Plus Inc

We have a Rais wodstove we bought from these folks 20 years ago. The lower baffle cracked so I went on line to find a replacement that was going to cost around $500 and figured I would stall it myself. Luckily, the company no longer had the item in stock and wasn’t going to restock so I took a chance and called Energy Plus. I spoke with CJ, he gave me a quote on the baffle AND installation that was more than $100 cheaper than the online order. It took about 3 weeks , then I got a call from Austin the tech that had the baffle and he could come to install it. He came prepared with tools, dropcloth and the baffle. It took about 20 minutes to figure to how to hang it in the stove and he was done. Austin was super nice, clean, respectful and friendly as was CJ. A good experience. So glad I stayed with a local company rather than going thru some out of town operation.

It is one thing to really like a product you purchase- in this case our gas fireplace- and what is really the icing on the cake is when you can rely on the service you get after you have made the purchase. Energy Plus Inc has been absolutely TOP NOTCH. Austin came to service the fireplace today and I could not have been more impressed with him- his expertise, efficiency, neatness, and friendliness were a true credit to the company. In the past 3 years we have bought several things from them, and had great service when we have had a question or needed help, but I must say Austin reflects so well on the company, I would never think of going anywhere else.

We have loved working with Energy plus over the past few years! In our two houses we built, we purchased two wood fireplace inserts and loved them so much! We just purchased a home and went with a freestanding wood stove this time. We have also worked with Chris on purchasing these stoves - not only is he knowledgeable about each unit he is such a kind person! We will always recommend Energy Plus if you're looking for amazing fireplaces & exceptional customer service.

Austin came out to fix an issue on a fireplace stove and did an excellent job! He was quick, very knowledgeable, and extremely polite. His customer service was outstanding—honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Duluth when it comes to a customer service exp. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything clearly, and the conversation was great too. I really appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him and the company.

We have a gas fireplace Energy Plus installed many years ago. I had trouble getting it started this year. Austin came out and did an excellent job identifying the problem and getting it fixed. We have always had outstanding service from Energy Plus. Very knowledgeable sales staff, quality installations, and top notch service when you need it. A locally owned business with great employees. I highly recommend them!
