My experience with these folks started years before I met them. I bought a HotSpring Prodigy Hot Tub in 1995 from Chad Stavnes at the dealer in Marshall, MN. My reason for buying HotSpring was the advice of my hero Rush Limbaugh. It turned out to be even higher quality than he said it would be. It served me very well for years beyond the warranty, actually for over 21 years. In all that time I replaced the heater and the small circulation pump. In these years we moved to Long Beach on Lake Minnewaska and developed a great relationship with Les at the HotSpring dealer in Alexandria. All things have a life and after several friends had had funerals for several of their infomercial hot tubs my Prodigy did assume room temperature. Timing is everything and As fate would have it Les told me he was retiring when I needed a new one. So I began my search only learn it was nearly impossible to get one since the central planners had began their evil covid scheme. I just keep making the diameter of my search circle bigger and was dealing with gut wrenching disappointment until I got HotSpring Hydrotherapy on my phone. When I called Sherry told me they were doing all they could and had some on order and things were maybe looking up. She called me a week later and said one would be in next week. On top of that they just kicked butt on all the prices I had been quoted for the tubs I couldn’t get anyway. Within a week I was enjoying my new Azure. My three least favorite words in the world are government, rewards and warranty. But after four years my Azure did develop a problem. When I called Mason told me to send pictures and he would get them to HotSpring in California. A week later he said they would be giving me a new one. I had planned to go pick it up but then this ugly winter weather started so they arranged delivery and even though I am over 100 miles away they sent it to me with a helpful trio of strong young men who were extremely courteous and helpful. Worked with Colby through most of this. So you know I am a huge HotSpring fan for many years but I am as pleased with The Watland Family as anyone I have ever worked with. Thank you all! We have had nothing short of an exceptional experience with HotSpring Hydrotherapy! We had been looking for the right hot tub for a year and were just waiting for the completion of our new home build. Colby and his family were awesome and there for every step of the process - from the electrical needs and working with our electrician, placement and the concrete pad, to choosing the right hot tub for our needs, to installation and making sure the salt water system was functioning properly. We purchased our hot tub and less than a week later, it was installed and we were enjoying it. It was one of the best purchases we have ever made! He has made it clear he is still just a phone call away for any questions or needs we may have. They are all so friendly, helpful, attentive and we are so happy we chose this family business for our hot tub needs. We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience!! My husband & I happened upon HotSpring Hydrotherapy in Brainerd after searching for months to locate someone that had saunas on their floor to view. Although the store is over an hour from us, we are so happy to have found them. Their store has several different sauna’s for us to see & check sizes. They were very accommodating & actually turned one on for us to sit in & experience the heat. We had a lot of questions & Sherry & Colby were quick to respond. They made the process easy & we had our sauna in less than a month from the time we visited their store. We definitely recommend them if you are looking for a sauna or hot tub.

I purchased my first salt water hydrotherapy spa from Hot Spring in Brainerd Baxter. Colby and Company couldn’t have been more patient and professional answering all my questions They gave me the time I needed for decision-making. Once I purchased my spa, the delivery and set up were top notch. Once again, answering my chemical and routine maintenance questions. They checked in with me during the first couple weeks to make sure my spa chemicals were correct and if I had any more questions. I believe I was the last installation of a hot tub for these guys in 2025 And probably the most challenging. Colby And his crew did an amazing job getting our new hot tub, the hot spring flash, down a very treacherous and icy path, including 15 rock granite steps, and had it installed and working only a few hours later. He’s also followed up with me three times since the install to make sure everything was working properly. I quoted his price with a couple others and he was right in line very fair to deal with. I’d use them again.
