Aaron was very informative and welcoming when we met with him. They had a wide variety of spas on hand which was nice to see in person versus pictures. He invited us to sit in as many as we liked to find the one that fit our budget and preference. All of our follow up emails leading up to purchase were answered in a timely matter and very informative. Once we landed on the right tub for us, Wyatt and crew delivered it on time, set it up and answered all of our start up questions while there and even after they left. Even responding within a minute to an after business hours question! I was very impressed with the friendliness of the whole crew and the entire process from start to finish! Thanks guys!!

We are very happy with the quality and performance of the sauna. I purchased one with a wood stove and it heats up super fast. Aaron was great to work with and kept in good communication with me about the status of the build. It’s a great looking sauna and we are very happy with our purchase.

Awful business practice. They tell you your monthly payment but not for how long and if you want an actual price they make you get a quote. A good business would have more transparency in their pricing or at the very least tell you how much they're selling their stuff for. Wild.
