This experience is a must-try! I had never cold plunged and barely sauna’d but this was simple and beginner friendly! Brett hosted and his guest service skills were 100% on point! Very knowledgeable and also kept things basic with no pressure. The contrast between the heat and the cold river was amazingly enjoyable and not as extreme or shocking as it seems. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience with incredible service. It was much more than I had anticipated and I was expecting it to be great. I highly recommend checking this place out. I left feeling revitalized and empowered. A visceral experience to say the least. Bret made the entire experience one to remember.

Our family loves this sauna. The relaxation during and after is great. The owners do a great job keeping the sauna clean, fire stoked, and outdoor fire hot. We really enjoy this, highly recommend!!!!!! We have been going now for 3 years straight.

Our group had a great time! Easy to find and staff was onsite to greet us and explain the steps and provide recommendations for our session. Temps were at the 180F and after each good sweat we were able to cool off outside. Will be back!

Incredible way to spend a Friday night! The space is beautiful, the sauna is HOT, surrounded by nature - so fun. Bret is a fantastic host and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
