0/5 Stars Owner scammed me out of $400+ in credits—Avoid this membership! I am beyond frustrated with Jax-Zen. I was a member from July 9, 2024, until March 21, 2025, paying $69 every single month. During that time, I only used my credits 3 times. While I was out of state for a few months, I let my membership continue to run so my credits would accumulate for my return. When I called to use them, I was met with total dishonesty from the owner. During a single phone call, the owner gave me three contradictory stories: 1 He first said they "discontinued" the credits. 2 He then said I’d lose them immediately because I dropped my membership. 3 Finally, he changed it again, claiming I had 90 days. Because of this constant goalpost-shifting and the owner’s refusal to give a straight answer, I ended up not being able to use any of my 6 remaining paid credits. They were happy to collect my $69 every month while I was away, but the moment I tried to redeem the services I had already paid for, the owner made it impossible. I never received a single email notifying me that credits would be "dropped" or expired, yet they have no problem flooding my inbox with marketing emails to get me to spend more money. They are crooks. They took over $600 of my money, provided 3 sessions, and I have absolutely nothing to show for the rest. I highly discourage anyone from getting a membership here.

I did a ninety minute float and it was incredibly transformative. I was admittedly a little nervous to try it for the first time but Jina made me feel so comfortable, explaining everything to me before I went in and giving me options to help me get really excited. The quiet, the softness, and the space and time to just be, was lovely and so counter to my day job. The space itself was clean with all the amenities you could ever need, including a nice hot shower after the soak. I am absolutely hooked, and hope to return to Jax-Zen Healing Arts Center one day!! Thank you for such a great treat!

OMG!!!!! Ms. Anita was fantastic with my first LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE. I came into Jax- Zen dragging my feet and immediately went to sleep on the massage table. But when she was finished, the Lymph was recirculating from my heart center and I swear I pee’ed a GALLON of liquid!!! And I left JAX-ZEN full of energy that lasted the entire day. This is new for me since being diagnosed with CLL/SLL last month and also starting a protocol of 1 year of treatment!!! Ms. Anita is my NEW BEST FRIEND!!! She knows what she is doing!!!

Jax-Zen offers a wealth of options for nurturing our overall well-being. Although I was only in town for a week and didn’t have enough time to experience all it had to offer, I did enjoy a float treatment, and the benefits were incredible. The experience left me feeling deeply relaxed and at peace, which calmed my entire being and put me in an amazing state. Jackson is fortunate to have a place like this, and I hope people take full advantage of it.

I highly recommend Jaz-Zen Healing Arts Center and the staff here are amazing!!! I will definitely be going back soon. I went in for a Reiki session and afterwards I felt sooo much better and still feeling better today. Freida was my Reiki practioner and she was really kind, and amazing 👏 as well!
