Birch Botanical Spa

I recently visited Birch Botanical Spa and saw Abigail. She gave me a truly relaxing Signature Facial with dermaplaning which left my skin feeling fresh, rejuvenated, and glowing. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel completely at ease, and her attention to detail throughout the session was incredible. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the experience truly exceptional-- like the warm towels, delightful aromatherapy oils, soothing music. I mentioned my hands ached and she messaged them for me which was very thoughtful. Abigail and Birch Botanical Spa truly deliver a top-tier experience, and I can't recommend them enough. I'll definitely be returning soon

I have seen Nikki half a dozen times so far and each visit has been amazing. Every time I visit I walk out so relaxed, refreshed and wishing I could stay just a little longer. She takes her time, never rushing the service. I also appreciate that Nikki doesn’t push the products. We always end up having a natural conversation about my skin needs and she suggests different things to try. I have purchased a few products (very reasonably priced) and love them; Especially the ones they make in house!

I highly recommend Birch Botanical Spa to anyone looking to reach their skincare goals or even to just relax! I have been getting facials with Lacy, and my skin has never felt so good! After the facial, she recommends products that would be good for my skin and I've loved everything she has suggested so far. It is such a nice, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. I always leave feeling so great!

Ameristar spa was closed so we tried here and enjoyed it even more. We walked from Country Inn all the way thru old downtown St Charles then up the hill to 6th street. Staff was beyond amazing and facility was clean. 90 minute couples massage. Then downhill to restaurants, shops and bars on the way back to hotel. Location and things to do was a great experience.

So glad that I finally scheduled a visit! I had a massage with three add ons: Dry Brushing, Hot Himalayan Salt Stones and Warm Oil Scalp Massage. 10/10 recommend all three add ons and Andrea. She was warm and welcoming, checking in several times throughout my service and is amazing with her hands. I will definitely be back!
